- The plaintiff says the defendant has two kids with her nephew, so she helps her out with money from time to time. The plaintiff claims the defendant agreed to pay her back but never did, so the plaintiff is suing. The defendant admits she accepted money from the plaintiff, but she never agreed to pay it back.

I will never understand why some women continue to have more children when they can’t afford the ones they have.
Because they're getting welfare benefits from the state based on the number of children they have. The more they have the more they get.
The more children they have, the bigger check they receive. The welfare system is no longer a temporary aid, It's a lifestyle and permanent source of income until the last child is 18. As long as they can have a child, they're going to let the government support them.
Believe it or not, it's their NORMAL environment. I bet rent money, her family members, neighbors down the street are in the same boat. It's the girls/women who AREN'T pregnant and go to college and/or hold down a full time job b4 having children who are considered strange/a weirdo bc they are not the majority in that community.

Plaintiff has no concept of how a LOAN works. You give money with expectation of repayment. It's not $20 here and there and never getting any of it back before giving out more money.

The defendant was lying I believe she owes her something but for her to say she’s never done anything for her was disgraceful. If she’s done anything for your children then that’s doing for you. I call my daughter’s other side of the family each and every time they buy her something, take her places, or do anything significant for her. She and I both say thank you 🙏 because it’s no one else’s responsibility todo for my child. Her dad doesn’t even do what they do. She has a village with or without him. And yes I absolutely love ❤️ and appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. Whatever is done in her best interest is absolutely for my appreciation too. Harvey and the judge are smart. ALWAYS get it in writing ESPECIALLY when you are dealing with friends and family, SO THAT you can stay close afterwards. I get everything in an email exchange, simple solution that avoids confusion, since it's all very clearly written down.
