Then she can’t complain after and the gentlemen gets his deposit and can sue HER for the rest if work was done. It’s very simple. If you take a car in and more work needs to be done, you get a phone call and you authorize them over a recorded line that they do the work for whatever the supplement is, otherwise they just complete the primary task if the customer doesn’t have the money for it

Oh, I know where she could've found
the other one of that earring if she wanted to. Totally easy, easy.
Here I was expecting an extravagant earring and all it is is a hoop or oval hoop but those you could find anywhere. I'm surprised that jeweller didn't tell her that but of course he wanted to make money.

Lol I literally just looked for some gold knockers from the 90's earlier this week . They're frigging almost 700$ on Etsy 😩 I wanted to relive my youth

You make a silicone mold, then a wax impression, then lost wax process that you cast. This old school method. It can be done.

For the plaintiff really wanting the earring made and then not even trying it on I’m surprised. After you wear earrings for a while, you don’t even really notice them. The weight couldn’t been more than 5 to 10 g difference.

The fact she said he was 'yelling @ her like her dad' ring's so true for ANOTHER female online said she's 'traumatized' by the male bartender @ the gay bar who wasn't going to bullied into ridiculous semantics of nonsense as he kicked them out & it SOLIDIFIES the level of sheer fatherlessness across America that's UNDENIABLY a major cause & factor of the lunacy running rampant today.

Oh my gosh!! Are u kidding me! While I do feel bad for plaintiff, she told the guy to just “make it because it was sentimental to her because of her Dad!)! So he spends $$ to have the earring made as she instructed, but now he’s out his $!! Makes no sense JM!!

I'm pretty sure this guys specialty is doing shady business. He just comes across as the guy who will say anything to make a sale & he sizes people up before he gives them a price based on how much money he thinks they have (i.e., if you walked in wearing all designer clothes, shoes, purse, jewelry then a necklace he'd normally sell for $500 would magically become a $700 necklace).
