Shelter = give abandoned breeder/smuggled animals a home Breeder = you buy an animal he immediately restocks and gets a new one which makes more animals than there are homes for them, which then get killed when to old or just left in nature - - > they come to a shelter anyway. I have two dogs, one whose 12 and the other that’s like 6 months old. We’ve had cats for a few years. The old dog we had before the cats doesn’t like them at all, but the puppy played with the cats when he was tiny and gets along with the cats just fine. I think it’s about exposure.
It seems ridiculous but I think it holds some kinda of weight when I was a kid my neighbors dog killed my cat who just had kittens, jump to now I recently got a new puppy who is a few months old and is extremely aggressive with my now cat

I have two dogs, one whose 12 and the other that’s like 6 months old. We’ve had cats for a few years. The old dog we had before the cats doesn’t like them at all, but the puppy played with the cats when he was tiny and gets along with the cats just fine. I think it’s about exposure.
It seems ridiculous but I think it holds some kinda of weight when I was a kid my neighbors dog killed my cat who just had kittens, jump to now I recently got a new puppy who is a few months old and is extremely aggressive with my now cat

The interesting part is that cat could have just escaped (although he would get captured but he could make a move for it) but he preferred to be with his friend which shows the amount of love between babies/kids (animal/human no matter) a grown one would rather to escspe himself out of the cage.
