The Lego Movie, The Lego Batman Movie and Lego Ninjago Movie all have merits, and Lego Movie 2 does what it needs. All worth watching for your humour.

Two fun facts:
-They originally wanted to pick a different actor to voice Good Cop, but Liam Neeson really said "Hold my beer" and voiced by both Good and Bad Cop. Freakin legend!
-When Vitruvius said "Someone better write it down cuz I'm not gonna remember any of it", that was actually Morgan Freeman who was annoyed at the writers constantly changing his lines

How this movie managed to tell an actually good story without feeling like a 1 hour long ad is beyond me

It genuinely always makes me want to go out and play with Lego
Also,They used a mixture of CGI and stop-motion animation for this movie. I would love to see you react to some stop-motion animation movies - Coraline, Kubo and The Two Strings or Paranorman. No one does stop-motion better than Laika studios. Truly incredible stuff.

I can’t believe you’ve never seen The LEGO Movie. This movie has 3 things I majorly like.
1. Funny moments I always crack up at.
2. Will Arnett as LEGO Batman

This movie is a cult favorite for me. My mom, sister and I used to quote it so much I almost started to annoy some of my friends. Some had "Let It Go", I had "Everything is Awesome."

A lot of people don't realize this movie is making fun of all the moron studio producers especially at WB who take properties made for kids so seriously, we can't just have a Superman movie where he's a good guy he needs to be emo and snap Zod's neck. This movie is still relevant today

This movie is the best movie ever! The cast is amazing, the jokes are great, the stop motion is amazing, Everything Is Awesome won a award for Best Original Song, and Chris Pratt did great for Emmet (Probably even better then him doing Mario in the Mario Movie) also Benny is voiced by Charlie Day who voiced Luigi in the Mario Movie.

I remember sitting in the theater for this and thinking a lot of what you were... this is deeply dark. But yeah, it's full of some extremely good messages, and it's hilarious in how much fun it makes of itself. And the ending as the dad realizes creativity's place. Also, planet Duplon.

You should definitely watch lego batman, it's one of my favorite movies. If you liked will Arnett as batman here you will love him in lego batman. It's got a good story, lots of good jokes and references and it has heart.

The Lego Movie still remains one of my favourite animated movies, not just because I grew up with Lego, but also because it was more than just a commercial film, it was a heartfelt, well written and passionate story celebration of the power of imagination and creativity that made the childhoods of countless people, including myself.
