@@nokieoso The main difference between latency is between the previous and final base frame rate. My previous base frame rate was 60 cuz I capped it to get used to high latency, then I uncapped it and used frame gen at same time so that my final base frame rate was 115-135 so I didn't feel any latency increase, if anything it decreased.
@@thevoid11223more frames only means less latency if they are real frames. Generated frames don’t lower latency because the game doesn’t generate them, they are simply guesses of frames inserted in between real frames.
@MicahDaRhuler you misread. BASE frame rate = real frames. OVERALL frame rate = base frames+ real frames. Before frame gen my frame rate was capped at 60fps. I uncapped my frames to 120fps and used frame gen to put overall frame rate near 471 fps meaning my base frame rate was around 120 fps. BASE frame rate( 120fps) was around double my previous BASE frame rate ( 60fps) Therefore lesser latency

Lossless Scaling is on Steam. It's for $6.99 but because it can frame gen on ANY game it's worth it. Better than buying $250+ gpu
