@@nokieoso The main difference between latency is between the previous and final base frame rate. My previous base frame rate was 60 cuz I capped it to get used to high latency, then I uncapped it and used frame gen at same time so that my final base frame rate was 115-135 so I didn't feel any latency increase, if anything it decreased.

@@thevoid11223more frames only means less latency if they are real frames. Generated frames don’t lower latency because the game doesn’t generate them, they are simply guesses of frames inserted in between real frames.

@MicahDaRhuler you misread. BASE frame rate = real frames. OVERALL frame rate = base frames+ real frames. Before frame gen my frame rate was capped at 60fps. I uncapped my frames to 120fps and used frame gen to put overall frame rate near 471 fps meaning my base frame rate was around 120 fps. BASE frame rate( 120fps) was around double my previous BASE frame rate ( 60fps) Therefore lesser latency

Lossless Scaling is on Steam. It's for $6.99 but because it can frame gen on ANY game it's worth it. Better than buying $250+ gpu

Yeah, Lossless Scaling can work on any game, any app, and any gpu no matter what. It's insane. Sometimes I watch your 60fps videos in 240fps. I have a 240hz monitor so I can see 240fps. I wish I had a 300 or 480hz monitor lol

@@klitac The thing is, msi Afterburner can't monitor Lossless Scaling Generated frames or frametime. Only the ones that aren't generated. If u use HW Info64 then you could get MSI to see it tho

@@klitac Well I have a portable 240hz monitor but I'm tryna get a 240hz 27 inch 1440p monitor for christmas. Sadly tho it can't do 1440p and 240 simultaneously unless I got display port cable, I only got HDMI

@Sebyxnty Not quite. Extra latency depends on real fps before and after frame gen. Like my fps beforehand was abput 165 fps before hand, then I used 4x frame gen. My base fps after was 161, that quadrupled into +600. So I did not feel much, if any latency at all

@xenosaint Well in battle royale, you'll get around 175 to 200fps on average, Fortnite's optimization sucks . In roblox you'll easily get super high framerates. Fifa too

@schatjepatatje3550 Lenovo ideapad 5, btw a better solution for better temps is to use the Universal X86 tuning utility, you can change stuff like wattage, powerlimit, voltage, thermal limit and clockspeeds, really effective
