Thanks, I bought mine from an auction house, it had been returned. I think it was because one of the black clips was smalleer than the others and didn't fit. There were extras so it went together well.

Honestly, i was able to figure out the bracket part of it. But the caps were totally befuddling me so i went to the internet and youre telling me to ignore the caps. I knew i wasnt crazy haha

Thank you. Yeah I thought about that when I was talking about clip placement. It would just be a reverse assemble. I would you a rubber mallet hitting the metal corners next to the clip to remove.

Are the plastic brackets supposed to snap together on the pole? They snap fine before I put them on the pole but not on the pole. At my wit’s end!
Yes, they snap together on the poles. I haven't seen the video in a minute, but I'm sure I showed a close shot of how they fit on the poles.

I moved it and it broke apart.
You might need to really secure your shelves on the poles. How did it fall apart?
@@kachiskid it didn't fall I tried to move it to another room
@@tiffanyr8990 You might want to use a rubber mallet to make sure your shelves are secured down. They shouldn't move.
