Thanks so much for your video! I had watched another one for help and the plastic holders kept falling off. Then I found your video and you explained the arrows on the plastic and that they fit in the grooves on the poles! My eyesight isn’t very good and I would never have seen them! I cannot get those plastic clips to fit together even partially! Then when you slide a shelf down half the clips fall off!! More than frustrating and I bought the stupid shelves from Amazon where you get a commission!!!
