No I did not bc the hair is curly I did not need to. However some ppl dip the ends on hot water to set them

I didn’t and I didn’t have any unraveling. If you twist all the way to the ends I don’t think you’ll have a problem

How do you secure the ends ive only ever had braids and I normally dip then in hot water?
Just loop around your finger at the end. It’s shouldn’t unravel

This is how I do mine as well, no grip so I use rubber bands. Only issue is my ends unravel. I have to secure with hair glue.
