    Nice. Reminds me of my younger days when I hunted the George River Caribou. 800,000 in the herd at that time. Most beautiful thing I ever saw.❤

    These are the best videos! I am so glad that I came across them in my search for anything on Ski Doo Expedition... What a great time you have going out with Danny running his line. He really seems to know what he is doing, catching all those marten! It just doesn't get any better than snowmobiling and trapping! Can't wait for next season

    Glad I discovered your channel, I first watched your wolf hunting video and then over the next two days I watched all of your videos. Seeing the marten boxes and scenery it reminds me of my moose hunting trips in the past to Geraldton. Has me thinking a need to book a moose hunt 😃

    Thanks Steve I was thinking about putting one on my tundra but my Skinner's All have the forked hitch thought about a big eye bolt to replace them with then weld the gap

      We just drilled 2 holes in a steel plate then we used bolts and nylon nut using the pin hole and drilled another behind it and then a bigger hole for the front and used grinder to make a (v) so the corner of plate wouldn’t hit the sides and it works like a champ .

    • @steveakamooseman7786
      @steveakamooseman7786  10 месяцев назад +1

      I think so the only thing is pogo style suspension on skandic helps thru the bush but expedition has the front smooth suspension so its all about what you preference or ride is !!! Thanks for watching!!

      @@steveakamooseman7786 That is wha Im debating the Expedition SWT 900 turbo R looks awesome but at 25k I don’t want to make a wrong choice 🤦‍♂️

    • @steveakamooseman7786
      @steveakamooseman7786  10 месяцев назад +1

      They have different riding handling but that 900 turbo R is a beast for power and no injection oil to buy only oil change once or twice a year depending on your km riding lol

    Mooseman what kinda hitch does Danny have on his skimmer to match up with j hook on machine thanks

    • @steveakamooseman7786
      @steveakamooseman7786  Год назад

      We bolted a flat bar and we drilled a hole so the hitch can be for both a pin style and a j hook style he can take the receiver hitch off his skidoo and replace with regular pin style but i was really impressed with the J hook style hitch not worrying if the pin would drop out as really reliable . thanks for watching .
