Bald Eagle Attacks Duck in water and swims to shore.

This was the first time in my life to see with my own eyes and not on TV that a Bald Eagle attack a duck and jump in water to get his pray for food and then swim to shore in freezing water temps as still ice on north shore , I have seen Eagles grab fish on the fly over water and grab fish remains on ice but never witnessed this wild encounter! With no snow this 2023/2024 season Danny's trapline couldn't be accessed due to rivers and rocks and only one part could be done if we had enough snow and cold temps but mother nature had other plans for the winter and Danny had enough of waiting and we could only get out for a short time.
Crazy winter and trappers camp roof damage.

This moose hunt was one crazy encounter and wicked vocals , but the best was to see the shooter Scott almost needing paramedics lol his body took over and wanted out of the hunt once moose showed up but Scott somehow is trying to pull it off lol is it a miracle? lol i think so lol.

Went on a recovery mission for an 8 wheel argo that had to be left behind in the winter due to breakdowns and harsh weather and injury so a recovery team was put together to try and recover the vehicle . 2023 Expedition 900 ACE TurboR SWT 2020 Expedition 850 E-TEC WT few weeks left on the trapline so Danny pulled most of the traps as season coming to an end but just a few days till all is picked up the wolves moved in and destroyed the marten boxes that were pilled up ready to move as they still have bait inside but wolves destroyed them. we also got a surprise catch .

Great video. That's nature and most people don't get to see that let alone get it on video. I spend my summers on Dog Lake in Missinabie and watched and eagle harassing some ducks but never killed any. Me and my wife did watch a loon kill a baby duck one night when we were fishing. It was amazing to see but my wife was was a bit traumatized lol. Great videos, my boss Alfred Chapman told me about your channel and I am glad I checked it out. Cheersssss

Mouth of that river resembles the Pukaskwa River. Numerous patrols along the Pukaskwa coastline from Hattie Cove to the Pukaskwa River. Great video Steve.

Sure looks like an eagles feather, there a lot of eagles on our beach during lobster season and you can pick them up but i think that might be against the law

So down here in Michigan we call those black snow fleas. They eat the organic rotting material on the ground. We did not have a winter here in Michigan. I was not able to trap beaver thru the ice, so I ended up only trapping 188 beaver this year

I notice your buddies ride four-strokes. Are you happy with your two-stroke? I have a 600r etec Expedition. Very happy with it. Just wondering if you'll stick with the two-stroke for your next sled?
thanks for the question and I am very happy with my 2 stroke , but they sure are making the four stokes more appealing with better throttle response and making them lighter every time , I still love my 850 Etec the only down fall is having to buy injection oil that is getting expensive every year and four strokes its an oil change a year lol the other thing I love of Etec is if I roll over I am not as worried as the four stroke leaking engine oil out of the air box if you roll over to the air box side ... it is a choice but in the end I think 2 stroke until I don't break trails anymore as I do roll to the sides with mine once in awhile and don't want to worrie ... four strokes easier on gas and more torque so getting a four stroke for my next purchase is a possibility yet it will be a turbo R but until they don't make the the 2 stroke anymore my choice for today will be the 2 stroke... thanks for watching and for the question.😄

People have so many issues with humans hunting & trapping, yet then you see stuff like this - Issue is... Then they just say "ThiS Is OkAy CuZ iT iS nATuRe dOiNG itS ThiNG 🤡", so there is no winning against these hunter/trapper haters LOL
