    Title: Overcoming Challenges: Pumping Concrete with Rocky Mix
    Description:
    In this action-packed video, join us as we tackle the formidable challenge of pumping concrete with a rocky mix that repeatedly clogged our hoses. Witness the determination and resilience of our team as we battle through the difficulties to complete the job successfully. We pumped a total of 30 yards of concrete into a retaining wall and driveway, showcasing not just our commitment to getting the job done but also the incredible efficiency of our new Aarcomm remote, which performed flawlessly throughout the operation. Dive into the world of concrete pumping with us and see how we turn potential setbacks into triumphs on the construction site.

    You’re the perfect example of not to do. Man takes every job a time to clean hoses and good setups. This is not concrete business but demolition work. No good.

    This looked like a straight forward pour until the plugging started and the wall give you mixed feelings' like the hand held control a good edition to your pump a good video Jeff.

      Yeah the mud can make you or brake you. I fill like if it didn’t have all the balls in it. It probably would have went better.

    Gotta love that man sand!! We had some from a plant we don’t usually use the other day and it makes our pump kick back pretty good when pumping. Love the video

    Hello, very good videos. I have a question. I hope you can answer me. After removing each hose and lifting it to remove the remaining concrete, do you wash them with water or do you leave them like that?

    Down in aus. I never run that much hose. Always steel pipes. With one or two 10 metre hoses on the end. 3 inch in diameter.

      @MuddyfeetConcretePumping  7 месяцев назад +1

      Yes i carry all rubber. 25 footers by 3 inch. When I started I carried steel but it didn’t take me long to get away from it.

    The only thing I didn't like was they didn't have A/C for the summer time..A/C was 2 windows at 60mph ..lol

    im from the uk what is man made sand?

    • @MuddyfeetConcretePumping
      @MuddyfeetConcretePumping  7 месяцев назад

      It’s a byproduct of the rock being crushed at the rock crusher. It really doesn’t have a good use for it so they sell it to the concrete companies cheap to replace some of the natural sand.

      What was that 2-3 plugs on a 4-5 hour job? That doesnt seem that bad to me. Would you rather they have wheelbarrowed it turning it into an 9-12 hour job?

    • @blawknox
      @blawknox 7 месяцев назад

      @watermouse9296 Yes. Watch Victory or Mike Day. I've watched hundreds of their videos and I don't remember any that they used pump. And those two are the best on youtube hands down

    • @GenosCP
      @GenosCP 7 месяцев назад

      If you haven't had plugs on a trailer pump job, then you clearly haven't pumped much concrete. I have a 3 year old Schwing 750-18 and it'll plug. Get your head outta your ass troll.

      @@watermouse9296 apparently he needs to watch more pumping videos so can become an expert in those fields also. Then he would be able to understand the difference between a pumpable mix versus a non-pumpable mix.
