    This is The Egoscue Method's Sciatica Sequence, based around pelvic alignment. Through 4 simple pelvic focused exercises (repeated 2 or 3 times over), you'll regain some balance and function to your pelvic, lumbar and hip area. The sciatic nerve becomes impinged when we have imbalance and rotation around the discs of our lumbar spine, pelvis or hip position, so this routine may help you to restore it.
    As with all posture routine, this are SUGGESTIONS and may not suit your body as an individual. It is up-to you to stop anything that aggravates any normal symptom of pain you have, including sciatica.

    1. Hooklying Knee Pillow Squeezes - 2 mins
    2. Hooklying Glute Contractions - 2 mins
    3. Assisted Hip Lift Position - 1.5 mins each side
    4. Frog - 2 mins
    Repeated two or three times.
