It’s a sad day!!

Soooo hello everyone! Sorry today is a bit of a sad day. I will explain here too for anyone who cannot understand my accent lol! Last night roughly 11pm Rupert as he stood up and lay down seemed to keep crying like he was in pain, it looked like his neck was sore, as he settled for bed he seemed to be okay so I kept a eye on him allllll night. He does change spots a lot in the night and every time he did he cried in pain, we decided to take him to the vet first thing at 8am and they said it looks like he has possibly hurt his neck a little bit, we explained everything about the previous pains he had last month or two ago and they said they do not think it’s connected but they can’t rule it out yet as he is getting older and there is a very slight chance it may be something with his disk, they have given him some steroids and anti inflammation jabs to ease the pain which has really worked. They have given some pain meds to take home for a few days to keep an eye on his progress, they said if he doesn’t get any better to bring him back and they can do some deeper investigations, they could of done it there and there but more investigations could of made him more stressed and made him worse. As these pain meds seemed to have eased him for now it’s best to just monitor him first and let him rest, it’s a guessing game right now I am literally updating you all as I find out what is happening, fingers crossed it’s nothing serious will keep you all updated as much as I can.
