I love a Gwazi ride with the King! Last week was fantastic because not only did Kalin recognize me easily so did the Gwazi ops! I've finally made it 😂🎉 too bad the event was so crowded though.
Totally agree! My son was stuck at grouper all night. They were going to comp him out on the rest of IG when the line died down, but that never happened.
@@BuschGardensJunkie yeah, I think the original scheduled night was for the entire park but the re-schedule was less than half the park? Hopefully next time it goes according to a better plan.
Actually spoke with the Park President on Friday. They had a meeting about it and the next event will be better. Also made a suggestion to do what Cobras Curse did and close regular que and send the pass members through quick que.
@@BuschGardensJunkie that's great to hear. Overall, I think the "United" parks treat their pass members the best of them all. Events like this are the cherry on top.

I heard all the lines were extremely long for this event and alot of people just left. How was your experience?
It was hot and muggy, lines were very long for Iron Gwazi and Cheetah Hunt. Cobra's Curse said 40 minutes, it was more like 20, and Montu was a walk on. My experience was ok. They should have mentioned that Flyer was also open, but with the long lines we couldn't make it before 11. They could have had more staff on hand for Iron Gwazi.
@@BuschGardensJunkie gotcha......thanks for that feedback. And I can attest to how humid it was by my house. Was trying to walk the dogs around midnight and completely lathered up in sweat. NO BREEZE at all!
