We have so many rituals in common- Though I'm not consistent with all of them -meditation, 5min journal, tea time, doing hair/ skincare, cooking fresh meals, walking, work outs, mindful social media consumption. Another one I do from time to time is put on some music and dance! Btw you have done an amazing job with filming and editing we really appreciate the effort you've put in. I love walking too. We live by a river and it's my favorite walking place. The sound of the water is so calming. I am in awe of the beautiful creation around me too. I think Yahweh made all that beauty for us. As beautiful as some buildings are, they don't compare to the beauty of Yahweh's creation.

Because of this I had an argument with my partner, all good now because he is really unterstanding. This is so lovely Mimi! I do most of these apart from the daily workout! 😃 but I do walk 4 miles everyday. I love listening to classical music 🎶 I find that relaxes me and lifts my mood. And I love relaxing baths with bath salts and music.x 😊

I meditate shortly after rising, then use your 5 min hourglass timer for breathwork, just conscious slow deep breath's, and a few minutes doing facial reflexology. Though, I need to incorporate movement and a few other changes ! I feel tending to ourselves first before reaching "outside" for our phones, the world etc is a deeply sacred ritual ♥️

Nice vid, I found many commonalities between your routine & mine 😆💖 some of which I practice them as a religious deeds such as instead of meditation I pray at least 5 times per day, I practice gratitude through morning & evening “Adkhar” which is being grateful that we witnessed the morning/evening & ask Allah for goodness in what’s ahead of us (that’s my take in in general but it’s much deeper & sweeter concept especially when I say it mindfully 🥰). I also sometimes do night skincare routine & I go for walks few times a week, it truly feels refreshing and magical to see the sky & feel nice air outside & see the plants & smell them it adds more practical gratefulness 🌬☁️🌱💖
Power walking is a Sunnah too Masha'Allah. 💖 Plus youtube search ela meditation, and wisdom. They have great Zikir meditations and Pre-salah meditation. Also youtube search "the healed sister, self love affirmations". You sleep to them. RUclips search a traditional muraqaba meditation, in English. Just like Hinduism and Buddhism, us Muslims also have our traditional meditations muraqaba and Sufi meditation.
Me and my husband loves to drink green tea first thing in the morning🌞 Our day starts with having a bath and going to the temple. That's another self love ritual for me. I cook a warm fresh breakfast daily. I don't quite enjoy the dry snacks that are usually had with milk or tea here in India. My husband gets to do yoga while I have a pile of chores that i finish until my baby wakes up. Playing with my baby boy is another self love i consider. He is full of love and energy. My favorite ritual is going to the park with kids especially this time of year in India is so pleasant. I used to journal daily but it has stopped somehow I feel overwhelmed with tasks. Will continue it in my visualization.

Usually I don’t like this kind of videos because it could be misleading. Everything looks perfect and it can make you feel guilty that you are not able to have this kind of relaxed life. But you are such a great inspiration for me whose life is not just for show. I love your mindset which helps me to make changes in my life. But having a little baby it makes my everyday to be more stressful and it almost impossible to have time for myself. How did you face to this challenge when Alexa was 1 or 2 years ?
Darling- I definitely only managed one or two of these rituals when Alexa was a baby - mostly it was the tea time and audiobooks when she was sleeping. It’s completely normal when you have a little one …

I love your videos! I do a lot of these to help my self love. My family and I pray the rosary every night before bed. This type of meditation is seriously life changing! 💕
Usually I don’t like this kind of videos because it could be misleading. Everything looks perfect and it can make you feel guilty that you are not able to have this kind of relaxed life. But you are such a great inspiration for me whose life is not just for show. I love your mindset which helps me to make changes in my life. But having a little baby it makes my everyday to be more stressful and it almost impossible to have time for myself. How did you face to this challenge when Alexa was 1 or 2 years ?
Darling- I definitely only managed one or two of these rituals when Alexa was a baby - mostly it was the tea time and audiobooks when she was sleeping. It’s completely normal when you have a little one …
