I've yet to catch a fish on a Senko or a chatterbait! Then again, I'm an old-school fisherman so I still fish a lot of baits from the 80's and 90's. I worked in the retail fishing business for over 15 years, so I know that most new baits are made to catch more fishermen than fish! Almost every fish I caught this year came on a Mann's Bait Company Manniac rattllebait from the late 80's. I do fish a few newer baits on occasion, but they don't catch any more fish for me than the old baits do. The Ned Rig is pretty much an updated version of Charlie Brewer's Slider Fishing technique.
Loving this recent bank fishing series, bag, lures, tackle box, etc... keep them coming. What about combos to bring (can't bring everything). Or maybe more on lures (trailers, other options, spot specific baits like if around wood versus grass versus sand or rock bottom).
Whopper Plopper in Loon color, 1.5 KVD Sexy Shad square bill, Z-Man in CHARTREUSE and White, Texas rigged Red Shad twister tail plastic worm and A White KVD Spinnerbait double williow blades. Haven't been skunked in over 3 fishing seasons. Shawn.
Haven't watched the full vid yet but mine would probably be A stick bait of somesort, Spinner bait, something top water like a popper probably, Crankbait and probably a ned rig.
The Googan spinner is crap. I have two, one is cast crooked and the other one the skirt came off. The crossed eye zman I get at a tackle shop in Valdosta ga for 2$ a piece.
I don't see a difference between $20 Z-man to a $6 Z-man so I stop buying them. And use yum smaker on it. weedless ned is the one for all to beat nothing better. I've been making bubble blades on my buzzbait is money. Something different
I am a riverbank fisherman here in Fredericton New Brunswick. I use softbaits to top water baits in river current

Never heard of that brand what specific do you use
@@Moisescon575 I believe they're made by the Slider Tackle Company in Tennessee. Charlie Brewer is a bona fide legend in the fishing world!
Thank you for this video Mr. Bass. I’m a bank angler only and I get really excited when bank fishing videos come out.
I've got a few more planned!
Totally agree with the choices.Im bank angler 98 percent of time my go to is buzzbait or spinnerbait. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks for the feedback. I’ll see what I can do.
Nice Lake Elsinore Storm hat. Great video!
Right? I have one too!
Spinner bait is one of my confidence lures. Been trying to get into chatterbaits but haven’t caught anything but some monster tree limbs
lol. The crosseyze chatterbait might be the ticket for you
Definitely try a Crosseye, it’s a game changer from the bank . Also try a different trailer . Can make all the difference

Great choices!
Add a soft plastic fluke in there and a whopper plopper, but then it wouldn't be 5 baits....lol, nice bank beater vids!
Thank you for this vid! This helps! Are you local to the Elsinore area? I like the Lake Elsinore Storm hat! I’ve got one too!
My top 5 is probably swim jig, Buzzbait, drop shot, fluke, and a tube. I can catch em pretty much anywhere with those
Very nice!
thanks for the info was helpful thanks

alright yeah you had most of those. I'm surprised no top water though!
Good choices
Love the video

Never caught a fish on the senko. Caught tons on spinners.
My choices
Buzzbait, Spinnerbait, Crankbait,
Jerk bait and frog
You should try the 6th sense jigs and stuff like that
I have a ton of super 6 sack unboxing videos you may like to watch. I use alot of 6th sense lures.
Don’t forget that old frog 🐸
I been throwing mosquito hawk and bass can't resist it.
All I want to know is where did you get that hat
If your fishing a chatterbait do you have to have a trailer?? Or can you still do good without it?
You can fish it alone, but I highly recommend a trailer.
What do you fish with? Spinner or Baitcaster?
Both. Baitcaster for most applications. Spinning for ned rig, drop shot, shakey head, finesse stuff
