No, you won't be asked these kind of questions. Just the basics of Java and basics of whatever other tech stack is required.

Having 2.5 years of learning experience in java spring springboot hibernate mysql after 12 i have 2 year of gap due to health issues and now i am pursuing bca in distance
Did 5-6 projects using these stacks i am demotivated because of distance degree please guide me brother

I just saw your question, I know it is very late to reply but it could be helpful for others. It doesn't matter if you gap after 12th and you are pursuing open or distance learning till you have the knowledge and some project in your bucket. Today's market needs talented developers who have good knowledge of tech. You could have some problems in getting a job initially like you need to first remove your fresher tag, but believe me brother I have seen so many examples of those having distance learning degrees but they are now in top companies because of their knowledge. So try to learn tech like Java, react, and spring boot, and develop some projects. Removing freasher tag means, there are lots of companies in the Delhi NCR and other stated small or startups give interviews there and once you get the experience of 1+ year you are good to go, for the top MNCS also. Just work hard and practice.
