If you're in the uk, makeup is cheaper in super drug they have MUA I think it's called which is like an own brand makeup line I believe and the powder, lipsticks and eye shadows are pretty good, but the single eye shadows not the palettes X

If you want a mascara that'll give you a false lashes look,I strongly suggest the COVERGIRL SUPER SIZER MASCARA! It doesn't flake or smudge of, it keeps curls and it stays all day!!

I don't get the whole "teenagers that have perfect skin and don't have to wear foundation" thing. I'm 15 and I have a lot of scars and cystic acne. And everyone I've seen around my age is the same. Even the foundations that are marketed as full coverage don't cover them
true. when I was 15 my skin was a nightmare. however there are some 16 year olds who are blessed and never have the whole adolescent breakout-for-5-years-straight thing.
i never had pimples at 15, only when in my period and would be like 1 or 2, everyone envied my skin, now that im 25 i get more pimples or zits but still not alarming amounts, i guess it is about luck, just as im short and chubby while all my cousins have those amazing long legs and slim bodies lol

it depend... genes, race, etc...for example I met some people from other countries who their skin was flawless and beutiful during their teen years, some people are really lucky
The AgeRewind is the ONLY concealer that covers my dark circles without being cakey and dry. Love them in Light, Brightening and pink toned one.

Hey Tati, I just wanted to say that I work at CVS and you can definitely return the products you end up not liking. Don't want you to feel like you've wasted any money if you don't like a product!
She keeps all the products for video purposes and then if she doesn't need them any more she gives them to friends and family :)
i used to work at Rite Aid, and we have the same policy. You are allowed to return makeup even if it was opened as long as you have a receipt and preferably the original packaging with a barcode. We don't put it back on the shelf if it's opened, we put it in damages. We give a full refund!!!!

I love it as well! It's hard to find good beauty youtubers that use affordable makeup but still are well educated and know what they are talking about. Emily Noel and Kathleen lights are also my other favs that talk about drugstore makeup.

I feel like the only person who doesn't the like Fit Me Foundations 😂 The matte one drew attention to my acne spots and dry patches. The dewy one was too dewy and it didn't last long on my face.

I use the dewy fit me foundation and I love it but it is very oily because of the spf in it so you DEFINITELY have to use a powder w it :)

I'm extremely pale as well and I never found that maybelline oxidizes on me. But covergirl is a whole different story! Covergirl foundations are always a good shade match and then they are on my skin for five minutes and I'm orange

have you tried shade 110 porcelain in the matte & poreless? I am extremely pale & it's actually a little too light for me (which NEVER happens!) & it doesn't oxidize at all. it's the one & only drugstore foundation that I don't have to add something to make it light enough.

+LetsJazzItUp That's Surprising that the Matte and pore-less doesn't look to matte on your dry skin. I also love the th Matte and pore less.
That's good, I am currently in makeup artistry and what I have been learning that products that are matte are usually for oily or combination. I like that it can be universal. I would like to recommend the L'Oréal pro matte foundation I like that one also.

I agree that the Loreal matte is amazing. I have very dry skin and it looks great on me and has nice staying power. I was shocked that it worked for my skin as well as it did.
I love you going deep into a single brand talking about each item you like and hate from the specific brand, super helpful because most people don’t go into multiple items, they just skim over the ones we’ve all heard talked about before, definitely would love to see more vids of specific brand reviews!
The falsies mascara is awful. Its so wet and gloopy, it went everywhere when I was applying. I actually returned it and bought the Rimmel argan oil mascara. It's 100% better.
This Panda Travels same tho. i got their new one thats in like that pink&black tube (forgot the name) and i like it 10x better.
This Panda Travels i agree about the falsies! it is awful, and i was so hopeful for it. but also hate the argan oil one. did nothing to lift my lashes and it was too natural. I like the maybelline lash sensation waterproof.

Do you have a review of the Anastasia Beverly Hills liquid lipstick? If not, can you do one. I wanna know how they wear throughout the day? I've seen other first impressioins but they don't show progress throughout the day like you do.

+Melissa Sanchez Tati isn't really a fan of liquid lipsticks; Kathleenlights has reviewed/talked about them a couple of times and she didn't like them. Pure Hollywood and Vintage separated and smeared all over the place so you're better off looking at other liquid lipsticks like Stila or KVD
Check out thesocialitelife she does great reviews as well. She has a review on Anastasia liquid lips.
Kathleen Lights posted a Video dedicated just to liquid lipsticks only few days ago, trust me you will find good ones after her video!

I LOVE the Brow Drama eyebrow mascara. I guess my brows are just thick enough for it to work. It's so easy to put on, so natural looking. Perfect amount of natural definition for me. I use it way more than my Anastasia perfect brow pencil.
But then it dries and it's like cement for your brows, not cute if you sweat or go swimming tbh
natasha buckingham I haven't had that experience. But you're right that it's not waterproof.
I keep watching those "cheap drugstore makeup" videos and I get really upset. Every beauty vlogger says things like "it's just 10 dollars!". Minimal wage in the USA is 7,25 $ per hour. This means you have to work less then 1,5 h to buy this product. In Poland, the minimal wage is 2,83 $ per hour, so I have to work over 3,5 h to get it. It's not fair. We get everything twice as expensive.

I'm very new to makeup and find it difficult sometimes to buy makeup. it helps when I find channels that explain drugstore makeup and expensive high end makeup and I take all of that into consideration when I finally make up my mind on what would be best for me.
I love her reviews she is so specific with why it didn't work for her and always says that it didn't work out for her not that it won't work for anyone. Really love her channel.
I hate the Maybelline fit me foundation with a passion, it was really oily and it didn't dry down on me at all

try applying it with a damp beauty blender. It gives lighter feeling. Only foundation that works for my pale face
It's best if you apply a primer (since moisturizers don't always work out for oily skin) and then use a beauty blender or a soft wedge sponge to apply it lightly. don't try to get full coverage, especially in one layer.
I use m&p and I set it with a translucent powder, by the end of the day my T-zone is a little shiny but seriously love this foundation. I dont like the fit me powder but I love the NYC translucent powder, pressed or loose. Super cheap and works for my oil af skin

The Fit Me line from Maybelline is AMAZING! I own the concealer, powder, and foundation because they would and last a long time and feel great and has soo many skin tone options!

I actually bought the better skin and born this way foundation at the same time a couple of months ago, and I reach for better skin WAY more than born this way. The coverage is amazing, and lasts all day! I even did a first impressions on it when I got it❤️

It did nothing for my dark circles, and barelyyyy concealed my acne ._.
I am in love with the Matte + Poreless though. I'm on my third bottle of that stuff 😂
That foundation covers a lot for me, and I often won't use concealer OR powder with it because it preforms so well for me.
Yeah I thought I was the only one who doesn't like the fit me concealer!
Are you priming your face? If so, try baking your face if it comes down to it, if you have a good primer your concealer shouldn't crease as much +ThatsKiah
Maybe the concealer you're using is too light. If you use a concealer that matches your skin or is even slightly darker, it'll make your imperfections recede. And make sure to bake so it doesn't crease!
I was using a mix of the Nivea Aftershave balm and the Tarte Clean Slate primer. I would bake, but it would turn my under eyes into cake no matter how I did it :/ Maybe I got a bad one?
***** Nope it doesn't need to be! If you figure out what color the under eye is that you're trying to conceal, use a color that's the opposite of it. So if the under eye looks purple-ish for example, use a yellow concealer. Personally, I have every color going on, so I use a peach concealer. If you want to brighten up the eye area though, you could put a lighter powder on top of it.

Your Hot or Not videos for brands are the absolute best and are so extremely helpful and informative when shopping at the drugstore! Also, your WTF videos are very entertaining and also helpful so we don't waste a ton of money on stuff that doesn't work and know what stuff would be worth splurging on for a special occasion!
The waterproof version of the falsies push up works really well. It isn’t really waterproof and comes off easily. It holds a curl and stays on all day without crumbling. I really recommend it!
The fit me dewy and smooth is amazing for dry skin, but for some reason the matte and poreless and dewy and smooth have different shades and the only one that matches me is I the matte and poreless, which completely dries out my skin and makes me look really powdery. The lightest shade is far too yellow for me and makes me look like I've been tanning my face and only my face. It's a shame.

I find that shade 15 is actually lighter than 10 and I'm really pale myself. I love shade 15 and I've used 3 tubes of it. Hope this helps :)

It sucks anyways! I hate the whole fit me line!
I'm extremely pale as well, yet the 2nd lightest shade works for me because I have a neutral undertone. If you have a cool undertone, go for the lightest one. If you have a neutral or warm undertone, go for the second one. And when it comes to concealers, you're supposed to be using ones that match your skintone anyways. If you choose one that's too light, it'll actually emphasize your imperfections instead of making them recede.

I love Tati, could defiantly watch her all day so I just randomly started binge watching old videos. I am obsessed with Maybelline, its defiantly the best at the drugstore. The fit me foundation and concealer are my everyday go to's, couldn't imagine getting ready without those two products you mentioned, I also use their primer's (the blur and redness control) and Maybelline setting spray every day! They make amazing products to be at the drug store. I chose those 4 products over any high end I own right now. II'm just really into drug store products lately.
Tati please try the Maybelline Lash Sensational mascara! (I use waterproof) It is the best!

Glad you loved the Fit Me foundation AND concealer! I tried almost every drugstore brand of foundation before I tried this one. And what do ya know? It 'fit me' like a glove! The concealer doesn't cake at all thru TEN hours of wear! LOVE IT!
Loved it! I loved that it was a drugstore brand. I also liked that you thoroughly reviewed (the range of products) and thoroughly explained (or should I say was specific and technical) as to why you liked or did not like the product (as opposed to just saying I like and did not like). I loved the sincerity felt, esp mentioning that the concealer was your staple. I love when a professional can appreciate, admit and stay loyal to a cheaper brand. You have a nice blend of professional but also approachable, knowledgeable, and sincere.
I may as well be a makeup virgin compared to everyone else (and I'm 36!). I have to brag, though, because the Blushing Nude lipstick has been my favorite shade for a few years now. Guess I got something right. :)

I use the concealer, liquid foundation, and then cover with the pressed powder all of which from fit me. Personally as a teenager the mate and poreless helps because it doesn't cause my face to break out and isn't to cakey. Definitely recommend and it's super cheap especially at Walmart!!❤️❤️
I totally agree about the browdrama product, I used to use it but it was so hard to get out and when I took it off it always managed to pull my hairs out. Now I use a really good cover girl one, it does a good job and it comes off really gently.

I LOVE using the foundation with the sponge, ( I think it's the rewind ) as cream bronzer or as contour if you can find the right shade. Personally I think they both look really gorgeous and "natural" and stay forever especially if you put a matching powder on top.
I love the Matbelline Graphic Eye Liner in Black. I get a perfect wing every time.

another good drugstore foundation is Neutrogena skin clearing makeup. it doesn't do much for my acne but it has amazing coverage and looks and feels so natural on my skin. I love it
also I'm so glad I'm not the only one who's lips dry out and get flaky overtime from the baby lips chapsticks

but canadian dollar and nzd are worth nearly the same; however in canada, the prices for the maybelline products are pretty cheap (Fitme costs only $14) unlike in nzd. it doesnt have much to do with exchange rate, probably distribution costs
I have two high end foundations and a bunch of drusgtore ones, but I always end up using the Fit me matte and poreless. It just works, looks nice, has a nice medium buildable coverage, doenst accentuate wrinkles and stays looking good in humid, warm weather. I just blot in the evening and it looks fine! If I want it to look more natural finish instead of matte finish, I just put a good moisturizer underneath, otherwise, I just let it be matte,, and I like it like that way too. It blurs imperfections a bit and evens everything out quite nicely.
I really wish she would list the products in the description bar. I like to screenshot the things I'm interested in so I can reference while I'm shopping. It's really helpful!
Try the Face Studio Master Conceal concealer! It has great coverage and isn't drying on me. I always moisturize and prime my under eyes which makes it look better. Most concealers are drying on me (Nars Radiant and MAC Pro Longwear).
That concealer was super drying on me! I tried it under my eyes I even moisturized heavily and it was cakey, dry, patchy and it creased! How do you apply it? I tried with my real techniques sponge and I set it with powder. I want it to work because it does have really good coverage
Make sure to wait for the moisturizer to full absorb around 3-5 min. Then I put a tiny bit of a silicone based primer on. The concealer is also silicone based (even though water is the first ingredient). Sillicone and silicone usually go good together. I set it with the NARS crystal translucent pressed powder, but any fine non-drying powder will do. It may be the moisturizer/primer combo that makes it look bad or good...sometimes it's all about finding the right base, which can be frustrating!
I apply it with a synthetic brush. I don't use a beauty blender because I always find that the water from the damp beauty blender makes certain liquid products look cakey!

I love that concealer! I just use my fingers to blend it under my eyes and on any blemishes that are still visible after foundation, and it does SUCH a good job!

I have noticed that foundation does last me forever... I don't mind buying really cheap make up but I think I might have to buy a better foundation the cheaper kind seems to always have a orange undertones and I feel like I look like a oompa in the sunshine
Oh I have like a pale pinkish skin tone.... I really don't want to spend over $5 but if it last forever it might not be a bad investment

You guys NEED to try the Almay Smart Shade foundation. I've been using this foundation for over a year now and I love it so much. It comes as a light, light medium or medium color and it magically adjusts to your skin tone over time! I mean if that's not magic then I don't know what is.

I hate how in America there is a wide range of colours but in Germany we only have like 5 colours of the fit me foundation and I can not find my colour. I wanted to try out that matte and poreless foundation so bad and now, it is saled in like every drugstore and I can't buy it because the colours here are just too orangy for my, actually quite easy-to-find-a-Perfect-colour, skin tone 😔
If I ordered colored contacts just for fun or for certain looks, I'd want a pair that looked like Tati's eye color. SO beautiful.

broke me out too. I got the little under the skin red kind of bumps. covergirl foundations do it too me too. and nothing breaks me out usually

yeah I typically don't have a problem with foundations but that broke me out immediately ugh I hated it but I usually stick to L'Oreal for foundation
i tried it and it look so bad, like you could tell i had foundation, i prefer my sally hansen airbrush make up, it is light natural and doesn't give me a single zit

I have the Fit Me Dewy& Smooth. I love it. I have tried so many foundations over the years and none have impressed me as much as the Fit Me. Not only does it give me decent coverage and it has sunscreen protection...the price is awesome.
I absolutely LOVE the push up drama mascara!! I recommend trying it again! I use the water proof one, if maybe it makes a difference, no flaking, holds curl in my lashes, and my lashes don't have any natural curl at all!!
