Well said. CAGR takes into consideration the time factor while simple interest doesn't. did you talk about the CAGR if these is a dividend? i didn't see it.
Will you be discussing how to decide between index funds. I have seen differences in returns between two different indexes funds that are supposed to follow the same metrics. How can I tell these very similar products apart and what should I be considering when deciding between the two (assuming 0 commission fees)

is there a simple way to calculate CAGR from PA if we know how many years of investment? some formula?
