I love Kevin Brown. When I emailed him 10 years ago before he founded Buff Daddy, he would reply back with pages of unique replies. He didn't copy and paste it to answer my emails. He typed it out specifically for my case. And he wasn't selling anything at that time, so it wasn't like I was a potential customer. He was providing solutions to my unique challenges. Mad respect for him. That guy lives and breathes polishing and he loves it.

I've been detailing over 35 years, and I KNOW I'm good. My customers swear by my results, and IAM a known ocd perfectionist. I've done a ton of paint correction, everything from hand wet sanding and rubbing out BY hand, complete vehicles, up to using the 3M Trizact system and Perfect It compounds and finishers.
I have to admit that you gentlemen at AMMO have not only seriously impressed me, but I have actually learned several new ways to be much more productive, and cost efficient. Your videos are invaluable for not only beginners, but also seasoned successful pros. Keep up the good work guys. The info your providing is not just spot on correct, but can also save someone from destroying their own, or worse, a customers pride and joy.
    Thank you!

There is absolutely NO need to apologize for length of video or amount of talking. It is an absolute PRIVELAGE that you and Kevin are sharing the amount of information you are for free with the rest of us weekend warriors/enthusiasts/professionals. Hell, some of the art instructional videos I have watched and own are over three hours. The information and format you guys share in is fantastic and a great example for anyone else. Furthermore, I love the fact that the presentation is unbiased and a general representation.

I am a HUGE DIYer. I remember buying a Makita Rotary with some microfiber honeycomb pads and M105 and M205 to try and get into buffing. Although results weren’t bad, I stopped since I know there is so much technical information involved in paint correction. This video proved my point haha.
Thank you for putting this information out there! It is awesome for us DIYers to get the proper information online and learning things the right way the first time. Can’t wait to try out your products and start buffing again!

Meguiars said the mark of a great detailer is one that does not bash other brands products as so many of these so called you tube detailers do.im glad you dont do that and probably why so many people love and appreciate you for all you have done for us. @AMMO NYC - Only just discovered this RUclips guide during the Covid-19 lockdown of 2020 and all I can say is WOW! Larry, You and Kevin deserve a medal for managing to put this content into such a detailed and informative video! Being fairly new-ish to detailing, this has really opened my eyes to the depth and variables associated with world class detailing! There was so much to absorb, but yet I enjoyed it so much that the length of the video didn’t bother me in the slightest. I could listen to you and Kevin’s experience and wisdom all day! AMMO NYC - No, Thank you Larry! The work and dedication you share with us via RUclips is far more precious to us ‘inspiring Detailers’ than you realise mate. People like Yourself and Kevin are heroically inspiring many devoted car enthusiasts to learn/master the art of your craft. I love that just when you think you understand all the concepts and have heard it all before, people like you and Kevin suddenly post up an ‘Academy’ video that re-writes some of the things you thought you knew and helps us take our skillset to another level. Never apologise for the length of your tutorials and videos Larry, I know it plays on your mind... But for many of us, we’re grateful for every second of your time and experience. This was a great video and I appreciated the longer run time. I think if you are really interested in this, you'll watch it all the way through. For entertainment value, shorter videos are better. For learning, longer videos are just fine. The terms and demonstrations help me make choices on pad/compound combinations and you didn't try and say what was better or worse, you just explained the making of pads and the engineering of liquids. Love it!

I tend to over think stuff.
    Questions
    1. Should I use a foam polishing pad but use a liquid compound? Instead of a heavy cutting pad with a liquid compound?
    2. I am really facilitated with the new Turtle Wax Graph line up. I need to compounder front bumper and a few pint scuff along with water stains.
But I would like to use the new Turtle Wax one and done product as for my polish. Then follow up with the Max as following car later car washes.

I know this video is getting old but I'd love to see a telescopic view of a fresh pad and a used one. When you were showing the foam pad I wondered how it would look used.

Hey Larry no one seems to have brought it up but the links to your regiments like hasn’t been working for a while. It would be nice for it to be updated so we buy the correct stuff! Many thanks Larry!
