It's a fabulous place and they're still discovering more additional mounds and recently during a drought a drone picked up several more undiscovered circular features in the locality that they have yet to dig and uncover.
Fascinating, I never knew that. It would make sense that there is more yet to be discovered though, given how it was clearly an important location for thousands of years
Aw man, hopefully you can rearrange that trip at some point. I will need to get over there soon, it would be great to be there for the solstice one year
