This may sound crazy. Hit the parking brake off, move forward or backwards. Hit the park brake, full air tank and hit the raise/ dump switch. The load sensor may be picking up on the original fault. Move the truck. 👍🏴🇺🇸
Shows the real side of transport fella, not the fake side like some. You’ll get there, you’ve come this far so don’t let it beat you now. When you’ve reached the bottom, the only way is back up dude 🚚💨💨💨
I love your no bull shit approach. You show the honest side of the industry. You’re and inspiration mate. I’m sorry you’re struggling atm, but you’re a fighter. Keep plugging. I’m rooting for you.
Sandy don't buy a new truck you'll just keep having issues new trucks break. Stick with the truck you have everytime something breaks your learning for next time and eventually things will stop breaking or if they do you know how to fix them. There's a chap called les batson down in Northumberland his truck is a 1980 Seddon he has owned and driven it since the 1980s he knows every part of it inside out with that knowledge it has made him good money and he's the most chilled man you'll ever meet because he's safe knowing any arising issues he can deal with promptly
Although it’s a real tough time for you now don’t give up, you will come out the other side, I had a Scania that nearly broke me, I bought a 3 year old Volvo and got 3 years trouble free working out of her. Good luck going forward
Hi sandy, I had the same issue with out r480 tag, it turned out it was the suspension valve at the rear that you changed first, you can’t swap them from second axle to 3rd as the rear one has a different ECU in it and only 2 solenoids so make sure the one your testing it with has the same part number, this caught me out thinking they were both compatible
I can feel you mate we’ve had my dads DAF cf ridged of the road for 2-3 months on and off with electrical problems we had had all the looms out checked sensors Ecus and modules and replaced what needed to be but after that and stupid amounts of money it’s all seaming alright now fingers crossed but it’s mainly because the lorries are getting older now they weren’t exactly designed to last as long as some of them have so I would have a check on them wires in the looms and check all plugs but the thing is if the problem is with the wiring then it could be anywhere but perseverance is the key good luck with it tho mate and hopefully you have the luck with you
Feel you're pain Sandy and I don't like to see people suffer, had similar make sure that suspension valve is the right one not sure if you fitted new or tried a second hand one but make sure numbers match. We also had a faulty pressure sensor on the second axle bags mess the tag up, I hope you get it sorted and get a bit of luck having spent the last 30 years fixing our own trucks in all weather's the only thing I can tell you is, If you work hard day and night in transport you'll get old!
Your channel is the real deal pal, hope you get thru this you deserve every success you work hard for yourself, hate seeing u down But your showing the realities of being an owner driver. You have some amazing friends and contacts. Keep yer chin up mate.
Know it probably won’t mean a great deal but needed new couple bits from yourself so placed a nice lil order 🤙🏼 never be beat never backwards always forward!
I'm going through the motions of getting my O-licence, getting a truck and then working for myself. Your videos have inspired me to go for it. But it's your attitude in both good and bad times which is what's inspiring me the most. Looks like you've got a great circle of friends and family who'll bend over backwards to help you out....and this is the payback for all of your hard work. Chin up Sandy...we're all wishing you the best.
Hard times for you sandy but I'm sure you'll make it work and come out better off on the other side. Great to see content that isn't all smiles and jokes this shows the real side of being an owner operator
Aww mate watching seing u like that is devastating mate. I've seen on fb thr truck at scotplant so assuming it's sorted for now. Things will get better lad. U graft like mad. You'll get there I'm sure of ut
The harder it gets, the harder you try. I've run and own mine for 8 years. Ups and downs are all part of it. Keep pushing on. Maybe Volvo next time. Been good to me.
Surely the revenue on the RUclips will sort this? I have trucker tim😂 park next to me in the yard he's doing well without turning a wheel! Keep playing up to the camera, and you'll have a new truck soon enough.
Keep your chin up mate it’ll be worth it in the end living the nightmare chasing the dream is my saying and good things come to those who work the hardest
Sounds horrible but I think this is one of my favourite videos you have done, showing its not all perfect life running around I V8s with all the lights pipes and durabrite's, these things happen running and working on lorry's, to many of the other content creators don't show this kind of stuff, the wagon goes down someone else comes out to fix it and they never see a spanner. Hopefully see you at Lincoln, depending which way your running down might see you or even run down with you or atleast get to see and have abit crack with ye at the show your welcome to a beer! You also do the stressed hat twitches, someone pointed it out to me once now I see it when I'm editing hahaha
Had a problem with a 580 couple of years ago, was running just fine and of a sudden wouldn't start. Tried all the usual, no joy, had the injections done, ran great. Two days, no start, dealership out to it, three different mechanics, no start. Finally, another mechanic discovered that a broken baffle in the ally diesel tank was cracked and the edges of the crack were grinding offa each other and putting ally filings into fuel and blocking the injectors. Still love me Scania, keep yer chin up.
My god this was hard to watch. Hopefully you can figure it out and sort it. I wish I could help you somehow with advice but I know nothing about maintenance of trucks. I hope you can pick yourself up Sandy. I was hoping to see you soon at a show hopefully I will. Hopefully you will give everyone a heads up which truck shows you will be at. A case of beer will be coming your way at that point
mate stick at it, you are a proper driver with real life problems, its weird to say but a breath of fresh air to see the real truckers instead of these fake part time you tubers, stick at it dude.
Mate your one of the most determined minded people iv seen and strive to be successful you’ll get there and you will win and be back on top in know time you never have been defeated you always have won and always will bro chin up and keep on moving everyone’s behind ya 🤠👍
When you are stressed to the max with pains in your chest its time to take a long hard look if its worth the hassle being an owner operator. Its ok people telling you to keep going but your health is your wealth. Take a job driving for your mate that lent you the truck and get a bit of quality back into your life.
Mate I hear you but this is something I have to do I can’t give up after everything I’ve been through am almost there I can see it, And it’s not always perfect but know I’ve got something here
Best thing you could do is find somewhere that can diagnose a fault first time instead of throwing money at the wrong parts. By the time you waste money you could have put it into Scania’s and been back on the road earning.
I’m not stupid and Scania couldn’t fix it, I do have plenty of connections in Scania and group chats or Scania mechanics. This was the First time anyone had seen this
Wander lead or switch on dash u/s, or just drive it with the axle down,. apreciate that volvo fh4, ive driven volvos since 1976 for 45 years of a 52 year long stint, volvo's rule,..oosh,...
Keep the chin up as rocky says life will beat you to your knees and keep your there if you let it so aslong as you don’t let it things will get better 👍🏻
If we don't laugh sandy we'll cry chin up pal and keep fighting on you always manage to find a salutation you've come so far you always amaze me and inspire everyone to keep fighting and pushing on oooshhh 🚛💨💨💨💨🤙🤙🤙🤙
i truly feel sorry for you sandy, your the hardest worker i know and your just trying to make a business and a name for yourself to better your own world. you don't deseve any of these constant issues life just keeps throwing at you, throughout this video we can all see you struggling and the pain your going through that you try go hard to keep being a smiling face. its ok to shout or even cry you are still human!!! it grinds my gears to see you struggle while we have dickheads like wannabe trucker tim get everything handed to him on a plate and not have to put in the work to get there. one day he will kill someone its just a matter of time and it will all be n the name of content!!!!! please keep your head in the game and looking up and just keep pushing champ you GOT THIS!!!
Animo Sandy you will get there . Buy a new truck that doesnt cost a fortune to fix, remember is better to pay the bank and not the mechanic. Stay strong.
Keep on pushing Sandy as you will come out on top fighting the good fight & your problems will soon be a distant memory , stay safe buddy & keep on trucking 🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻🤙🏻

Hi sandy matey 👍 it's mark from Wirral Merseyside 👍 aww very sorry to hear about your truck and the problems you are having with your truck and i really really hope that Andy can get it sorted out for you is there any chance that you can borrow the Volvo truck till Andy can get your truck sorted out and maybe trade your truck in for a newer truck and use your deposit money towards a newer truck like another Scania or get a Volvo instead. And i really really feel for you with your truck problems, and it was just a idea on what i said to you get your truck running and trade it in with your deposit against a newer Scania or Volvo and slowly do the newer truck up. It's just a thought i had. See what you think sandy matey 👍👍 thanks from mark from Wirral Merseyside 👍👍 i enjoy watching your RUclips video and videos. Thanks from mark 👍
