As someone who completed all the LASO achievements to unlock Recon armor the hard way I’m glad you can showcase the pain and suffering we had do endure on the 360.
The jump for the Scarab was legitimately hilarious. Thats why I love gaming so much. You can try so many unorthodox approaches. Some work. Some look perfect at first, then the Scarab takes literally one step to turn, you miss by inches and splatter yourself on the ground. Can't help but love it and laugh.
@@JosephWalker-ip7pd I know. I've done it myself and it takes some serious patience. I couldn't get the load skip to work on Regret, I had to brave the Jackal forest and let me tell you. It was like wiping your arse with sandpaper. It sucked.
The whole scarab concept is still one of the coolest gaming parts for me. Jumping onto a giant living tank that is manned by enemy forces and destroying the core or using LOTS of explosive power to blow up the back to destroy the core from afar is so damn good
This brought back a lot of memories, Halo 3's Co-Op was so much fun. The pain of the Vidmaster achievement for doing the final run on ghosts was both painful and peak. I'll never forget the moment me and another guy collided mid-air and screwed the run at the finish line. 😄

I still remember beating this game on Legendary for the first time, the custom games, grinding accounts to 50s in doubles, and doing all the achievements across multiple games to get recon in H3... a time where gaming was genuinely peak for me. I'll never forget, and now I sit here at 29 trying to find a shooter that is unique like H3 was for me.

Man, I remember doing a complete co-op run of this game on Legendary long ago, when it came out. It’s hard, but especially that much more challenging when it’s LASO. A LASO run on any Halo game is pretty much a death sentence, unless you know what you’re doing and you practiced enough. Never did it for that reason, but it was still on Legendary. Nostalgia! 😱☠️👽
You inspired me to give the laso games a try, and I decided to start with ce and 2. Just finished solo laso halo 2 and it took me about a week. Thanks for the great content and for getting me to give these challenges a go!
@@CW11721 Halo Completionist on youtube has a bunch of guides with pretty up to date strategies for each level! If I felt stuck on a level I just gave them a watch. That combined with having some extra free time and determination and I was able to make my way through!

Let’s go. I’m honestly pleased you are actually doing the laso run I requested awhile back. Just wait until you do laso on infinite. Less that 1 % of players have completed it. Sadly I’m one of those players and I did it solo too. It almost made me go insane 😅. I had to play the campaign 3 times cuz theirs certain skulls that are mission locked and once you beat the mission you can’t go back and get the skull. You literally have to start a new game and collect all the skulls you missed. That was honestly so annoying. I want you to do nerf yourself and do it solo. It’s not as bad as the Jakel snipers from halo 2 tho. They will literally snipe you across the map with a 1 tap head shot.
Not gonna lie every time snamwiches releases a new halo laso I rewatch the previous ones just because they are soo funny. Hope snam enjoys the watch time I’m giving him 😂

When I die and they ask me what my crowning achievement is, it'll be a close call between anything i accomplish that's unforseen and my 100% halo 3 achievement on my gamertag. Halo 3 holds such a special place in my heart.
