Derek Birdsall this was the original setup in the boat. I bought it as a hull and hardware. The first setup was tp motors and swordfish esc’s . After I think this video I switched to a all oxidean setup using the stock esc’s and motors.
chris oconnor no they pull a lot of current and that equates to heat. There good for saw passes of on lower kv motors. But for the 2200kv motors I’m running just for saw passes. A good all around prop would be a 1715 or 1716 for this boat.
@@toddsoltero5748 I just got this boat and not sure of the prop pitch and speed yet as I'm waiting for my GPS. The boat is awesome and the stock props are fast and don't create to much heat. Just not sure how fast yet, But very happy with the build. Thanks for the quick response times, I appreciate all the help.

@@toddsoltero5748 Your boat ran faster with the stock Oxidean setup for sure, a lot faster. TP/ swordfish were power cutting.
You went up on the esc to a 200A and it was slower than the stock setup? Did you change props?
chris oconnor no this is a older video then the 109mph one. This was the setup I had before I ran the om 180esc’s and the om motors.
