Why not run the heal that can bind itself with another heal to counter charge or soul charge?
The deck was incomplete when filming. So definately run the heal another adjustment would also be opting in the crit from gbt14 that binds itself to cc.

Good question! I'm pretty sure there's a good reason for him running the pgs in the vid, but it's probably just that arka is expensive af.
