ADHD is pretty intense medication. I’m a cardiac nurse so I see a fair amount of patients who are about to go on the medication and need a cardiac clearance beforehand. It will be tough for a while but once you find the medication that suits you, you will feel so much better. Just keeping taking each day as it comes and try to be kind to yourself
