Man that JackScepticEye impression was so surprisingly accurate (specifically for the initial “Top of the Morning to ya!! My name-”) that at first I genuinely thought he was letting the audio from the clip play through before doing the voice himself - right up until he said “JackScepticEye” and I actually heard a slight hint of Brian’s own voice in “-Scepticeye”. :D
Iroh was pretty good too, I think really the only thing he could do to improve on it would be to add a tiny touch of that “old-man-gravel/grit”, but otherwise the inflection and cadence sounded pretty dang close to me.

To answer your question about the Beetlejuice thing, they recently made a musical adaptation of the movie, and they just reopened. I love your Beetlejuice, Iroh, and Master Xehanort ones. Bravo, on a clean sweep in terms of these.
For your next ones I suggest: Lupin the Third, Goemon Ishikawa XIII, Daisuke Jigen, Inspector Zenigata, and/or Professor Flitwick.
I agreed, I also think that’s why Beetlejuice was so highly requested.

😁 This was super neat for several reasons: 1) you got to see Brian’s method and thought process for trying out new voices (fascinating), 2) Brian tried out a bunch of new awesome character voices (not his typical Disney picks), & 3) it shows Brian’s connection with his fans! Haha, I immediately clicked on this video when I saw Sonic, Uncle Iroh, and Master Xehanort, but to be honest, I was mostly wondering if Brian even knew who Master Xehanort was (I don’t watch Twitch streams very often, but I might watch his playthroughs of Kingdom Hearts now :) ). Then, I saw the Keyblade on his wall, and thought "oh yeah, this is going to be GOOD!!!"

That’s good practice! Sometimes in the booth the directors get a new idea & tell the actor to do an impression but the session clock is running. One time I had to quickly grab reference & get it to the booth since the actor never heard of the person they wanted them to impersonate (pre RUclips & smart phones).
But it also shows how actors need to continually learn & grow even between sessions when not on the clock. The more in your repertoire the easier when in the booth. And it helps when coming up with new background character voices
It's really cool to watch your process!!!! I think a really interesting character for you to try would be NBCs version of Hannibal

so considering you managed to do Sonic, we cant have the blue blur without some other character and i think if i managed to do Shadow The Hedgehog, you might be too, but for me it's kinda easy considering he, in SA2(Sonic Adventure 2), kinda sounds like if i were to hush my voice a little more.

If it will help, I think it would be a better idea, and might be better for your throat, to do the more modern Jacksepticeye. He is still loud at times, but not nearly as full blast as his old intro.
Also, I am honestly impressed with how well you did these impressions with only 5 minutes, you are really close with Uncle Iroh, I think you can get that one with a bit more pracitce. As an Iroh fan, I say you did him justice for this video. 👍
