Hi, loved the reaction. Just a bit of constructive criticism in the spirit of the sport: Don’t play too much into the Messi vs Ronaldo debate. They are both eons beyond any footballer in history and probably any footballer to ever come after them. The real fans know to enjoy having been able to witness the greatest era of football because of these two players constantly pushing each other to outperform themselves and each other. Even though I believe Messi is the GOAT, as a lifelong football fan, the argument regarding Ronaldo being up there is completely valid as well. There is no point in debating, they both achieved heights no-one ever imagined in the sport of football. We are blessed to have witnessed these two in their prime. The debate just creates an immature, toxic environment in the sport of football.
Hats off to the most balanced & respectful comment that I have come across in recent times. This is exactly what I feel that we are blessed to witness two of the Greatest Ever playing at the same time. Historically Pele, Johan Cruyff & Maradona didn’t play together at their peak times.
