Hey Matt! Yea I definitely know I’ll be coming back to that boat at least a couple times a year; once for fluke and once for tog. And thank you so much for the birthday wishes. This year was a great one. 🤗
Happy birthday to you.. looked like a good day out there. Rhode Island has very good Fluke fishing. Of you don't get your PB atlest you can gome with some fish in the bag.
First off, killer set up. Second - I'm going thru every mystery tackle box I have digging up spoons! Fluke (I say flounder) will not be safe on my next trip. I shall be sure to use my GoPro. Again, excellent content.
Thanks Linda! I saw your Pulley Ridge gear 👀👀so that means a lot coming from you sis 🙌🏾. But yessss everyone who was catching numbers was using a spoon that day in crazy current. Definitely a new tool in my arsenal from now on lol. Woohoo 🥳 to you bringing the GoPro 👏🏾👏🏾
Thank you so much! And I just got back from Rhode Island again and once again that fluke/viper spoon killed it! I'm using an 80 gram pink and glow Ocean Cat jig. Super affordable from Amazon. Thanks again for watching and subscribing.
@@PhillyGirlFishing Ihave no idea I just got into fishing to help ease some stress with loosing my mom last year so I am fairly new to this my brother on the other hand is super seasoned so ima see what he talking about.... I really wanna try to snag me some catfish tho!!!
@@agent_ladyloxelyofvaonyt3081 I am so sorry for your loss.🙏 I lost my sister in march so that's why I've been fishing like crazy myself to help cope a bit. Yea in September if you don't mind the drive I would check out some of the longer trips on the Carolina Princess or Capt Stacy in Morehead City NC. That has to be better fishing to driving up north to the canyons for Tuna. At least down there you can get Amberjacks and grouper as well.
For fluke I was using a Phenix Titan Longfall H rod with a Maxel Rage 25. SPJ I was using a Phenix Titan ML Slow Pitch with a Daiwa Blast. Thanks for watching 🙂
Hey Larry 👋🏾👋🏾 I’m singing that weekend 😢. Unless my dates get switched I doubt I can make it that weekend. I think my next free Saturday will be 8/27. How about a local trip in NJ?
Hello Kristen. This is Matt. Wise Kraken is my favorite boat in Rhode Island. Happy birthday to you Kristen. Johnny and Todd are Best mate I ever met.
