Thank you! Trying to troubleshoot my 94 Ciera with the 3100 V6. I'll try your technique out soon! Car is stumbling intermittently and sometime will just flat die at a stop. Dad Gum it.

Hey Eric, I've got a '90 camaro rs with a 3.1l that starts easily when cold. It runs and drives fine, it fires right up if i shut it off, then back on again, but i get a crank, no start if it sits for 15 minutes or so (like a store run). Do you have any idea what it could be? Over the last year or two I've replaced the coolant temp sensor, oil pressure sensor, throttle position sensor, fuel tank, pump and sending unit, distribution, cap and rotor. My goal is to make it my daily driver, but I can't figure this out.

If it is the iacv you can try to do what I did. If that still don't solve it get the Delphi one. I cleaned mine did a little better but it didn't fix it fully so I re switched it out for a Delphi one an haven't had problems since. They malfunction I could of had a defective one even though that one I didn't have long lol.
