I have owned that firebird 26 years ago and I have lived and worked in Romania and Moldova. That was a time when in country side you had more horse carriages than cars on the roads. It was a big fun and adventure and locals thought I am a millionaire, for me it was fun and happy about the video to remind me.

from an americans stand point this looks really cringeworthy but I'm sure it looks cool over there as its an "American style" thing lol! Love the car, hate that its not a v8! HAHA
You americans forgett that a V8 was very expensive to buy when Pontiac introduced them in Europe!! Also for today the insurance and fuel prices are a lot higher than in the cheap USA!!
@@baureihe151 still not cheap lol! Gas is nearly 4 a gallon here. My insurance is 191 dollars a month USD for full coverage on a 1991 firebird with the 5.7L v8. Firebirds with the v8 around here in good condition go for 12-15k USD
@@Delta.Garage 4 USD one gallon?😂😂😂 sorry but its shows again that you have no idea how prices are outside of the states! Here in Austria one litre costs 1,45 euros= 6,25 USD per gallon and in Germany its almost 2 euros for one litre= 8,62 USD per gallon!!🤢👎
@@baureihe151 Yeah but heres the thing, these American v8s and v6's do not make any difference in MPG or I guess KMPL? Anyways, the v8 makes 24 on a good day and the v6 makes 25 on a good day. Also there's a reason why everything over there is literally 4 cylinders with turbos making 40mpg . You guys have a shitty distribution of fuel. That and you guys can drive to another country in an hour. Meanwhile I can drive 5 hours and not even leave my state... so yeah. BIG difference. I don't know prices over there. But I do have a friend who owns a p71 crown victoria in Germany and he tells me all the time how much it fucking sucks to pay for and that he's too scared to floor the car.
@Delta Garage I agree with you, the V8 feeling much better than V6, I wanted to buy V8 manual, but I bought V6 automatic, because only this was for sale. Anyway in my country the car import and paperwork are very complicated unfortunately. It was much easier to find a car in Hungary than to import it and it was cheaper, unfortunately I would not have had the money for another solution. But since then I have really liked this car and its fuel consumption 27,6 - 18 MPG (8,5 - 13 l/100 km). I think it isn’t too much. (In Hungary the price of the better quality gasoline is 540 ft/liter, so 6,12 $ per gallon.) My dream is a 5.7 V8. 😉
No the shame is that he's driving the 3.1L V6 , too bad he couldn't morph that into an early seventies 455 big block bird !!!! Then he would know what a true Bird was intended to be . But I must say , his Bird is very clean 👍
