Parker should go on vacation more often: You sir, are an absolute awesome teacher and this is one of the best and most informative video tutorials I've seen in a long time. Well done.
Agreed - beautifully done. Always astounded with the tricks I learn on your channel guys.
@@fulltimefilmmaker But you have more motivation than him
That's it.
Totally agree, explained everything without 1% BS, excluding that Asus promotion (which I can actually understand as I have also used that laptop, and it's amazing).
I agree. But Parker did manage to bring together an excellent team!
This is a proper tutorial. I know some details were left out cos time is short and you have a paid course for this. Even so, there's a lot of truly valuable and fundamental principles and tips here for anyone who was really born for cinema. Cheers
Leave this channel with a bit more knowledge after every single video! Loved it guys, keep up the great work
When It came to pricing how do you sell this type of video im guessing this would cost a bit for a client
Around 3 to 5k
What a great Teacher, What a great tutorial and well explained ,this is what we want my guy
yes this is really help for such an amateur as me...wish to learn more
I want to know: how much did you charge for that shooting? How did you negotiate all that with your client? Because honestly, the how did we shoot is great and all but is the least important thing of shooting videos for clients.
couldnt agree more. nicely said.
I’ve got a video on my channel about pricing creativity, sounds exactly like what you’re looking for.
It’s not as highly produced as this but the info is good 👍🏻
@@codythep Yo Cody, just checked your channel and saw you're wearing the Abundance T-shirt which I designed... couldn't help myself and had to reach out lol
Michal Sestak dude, no way!! With RSD Max?!
This is the question the industry is scared to disclose. It's every man for them selves. You must learn the business side on your own. Only come to this channel to learn how to shoot things, the go in debt buying the equipment, and never make your money back.
Landon your hustle is paying off... I am a member of the FTF, and your on-camera skills have improved alot, since those courses you were featured on; in the program... nicely done.
Appreciate that!
Who else is part of the course here? It's totally worth it!
I’m not apart of that course but I can def agree just by looking at the curriculum alone.. it’s def worth the money. And it’s not super expensive. I love his teaching style too. Gets straight to the point
That's the most useful 11 minutes on production that I've seen in like, well, I can't recall. Illustrating the setups of lights, props, materials was great.
I'm going to probably offend some people, but getting all that information without suffering through hearing "cinematic" or "B roll" even once was such a treat. Thank you!
I love those tips, but what I loved, even more, is the simplicity of this production. you took all the shots in the bathroom and on a table but it feels like everything was shot in a Hollywood studio. Insane
What is the name of the first song? )
This channel should be at the top of every the search list every time someone search’s anything related to cinematograph/film making. I can’t name a single channel that presents information in a more clear and concise than you guys do. Keep up the dope work🤟😁🤙
8:10 you guys have dead pixels in your camera in high ISO
Glad I wasn't the only one who noticed, it's also in the probe lens shot in the very beginnning.
Me: oh nice.... this will help me a lot!
Also me: using my phone to light my product, becase i don’t have anything...
Actually a phone light isn't Terrible if you use a low iso and r filmming with dslr/mirrorless camera, using the phone light as a reveling shot.
Great conent as always! The best on RUclips, really. Quick question: what was the reason for bringing in the RED for those few shots over the 1dx?
I love this style of video. That glycerine tip alone is gold, let alone the entire video! Thank you so much man! Keep them coming.
Great Tutorial Landon.... Look forward to seeing more of your work....
Thanks more for the tips, I think I can use👍🎥🍮
What a great informative - tutorial video! Thank you. Loved the music. Could you please give more detail on the music used in the beginning such as the name of the track. Couldn´t find the track with just artist name BythewayMay. Thanks.
Me neither!
@@frederikbrammer me too
Parker the all time Master! Even if he is not in the video 😁
Thanks man,greetings from Malaysia 👋🤩
How much do you ask for a promo video like this?
Thank you so much, really useful! Congrats you're a great teacher :-)
I tried the Glycerin on a recent shoot I did and wasn't that impressed by it. Along with the mess it makes. Maybe it was the spray bottle I was using but it didn't create enough droplets on the bottle for me. I used water not too long away and felt it looked more natural and gave me a better overall look. Great video though!
I think ur budget is going high or its in low budget sir.....
Nice work! I would put sand in a jar! This should be done so that the viewer does not think that the Jar is light and empty when pieces of fruit fall on it. There is an effect of cheapness of the product. If I were you, I would pay more attention to details, such as the reflection of the jar, we see a lot of scratches and dust on the table. And I would also take a dark shaker with a small backlight inside, because the main color of your video is black, and when the liquid flows through the shaker, the main color is white and our eyes feel a sharp jump in color space. Otherwise, very good job!
*Perfect video! BUT! 1 tip for you. NEVER EVER let the product box move. Its an amateur mistake. Trow whatever you want, water, fruit, whatever but never let the product move or change shape.*
but let move the camera arround the box is OK?
Do you mean at the time 0:3 sec.? When the pieces of fruit collide with the container? Could you explain a little more? interesting suggestion...
don't agree with that at all, I wouldn't say "NEVER EVER" like it's some golden rule. that is totally open to interpretation.
@@richardnayfilms2812 Ok, it up to you. You have your own opinion and I respect.
That was my first thought as well. When i did the same mistake a few years ago, the video was rejected immediately from content agency.
The ending is my favorite after all
This is wonderful. learnt a lot. You're a wonderful teacher. we explained. kudos
I try to make something like this using a mobile phone as camera, I will upload it, it's only 15 seconds please watch it guys and give some comments how can i improve my video
hello parker, you give the best idea for me, thank you for inspiring me.
Guys insane video honestly, you're so skilled and creative at filming !! I'm juste like : Omg I should totally learn how to do that, it's really cool !! 😍
Thank you for these tips !!
And then, BlenderBottle copied this exact format immediately after (no joke, look up the ad).
Hello from Turkey!.... Would you add Eng. subtitles?
Parker Walbeck i love your work and videos
Hey how are you i am following you since i start me photography career
and now i am well established photographer in Pakistan by the grace of Allah and i still follow you both learn from you
thanks
These videos are no near as good as those 80s ad videos, those were phenomenal, and this just a crap
YOU ARE FUCKING AWESOME !!!
A college diploma in 11 minutes
Thanks
Is it required to speak in the manner of Parker when substituting for him? lol loved the video; thanks man!
What macro lens are you using? Austen Paul uses a 100mm macro, and Daniel Schiffer uses a 60mm Laowa macro lens... That seems like a big difference, and yet they both produce similar results
I love how professional you guys are. Really appreciate Parker's channel
Incredible Lessons! wow , Thanks so much
These videos never disappoint. Always learning something new I can do
The first song is so good! Can someone tell me where I can find it?
Landon this is the best tutorial I've seen you make. I learned so much. Thank you!
Hi, which course fulltimefilmmaker have that teach product photo and videography?
Thank yoi
Thanks for your video. Hope it will help me with my next product videoselbowcough
Do a tutorial on how to do that logo on the bottle at the end. Super sick!
This is awesome just bought a sliderone and a background this month.
And I had been trying to find videos about how to get the best shots.
Perfect timing!
Kind regards Tyler
Howz that slider working out for you?
@@grevillesreview268 yeah man pretty good great when you get the full kit.
Camera name please???
Preplanning? Brainstorming? Song? But that's too obvious why would you waste our time like that man
I have a 24-70 2.8 Sigma, do you think a macro lens would be necessary ?
What Frame rate were you shooting most of the Mango dropping parts? 60? 120?
Hi brother
Your video looks amazing 👋 can I get your profile pictures settings
About the song and music.. The websites like envato and other which offer subs for them... Wont they get copyright strike as they are used by others too ?? how to resolve this issue ?
You can tell Parker to take an extra week off (or two).
You're doing an excellent job without him
When you first brought up music I was waiting for the Epidemic Sound ad… 🙃
Wow Couldn't be more excited to get into filmmaking!
I'm not buying cause those models don't sweat.
SO DOPE! Impressive work bro, useful and nice!
Wow.... easily one the best product videos out there...💛
Anybody can tell me this video background music name?????????
Thanks for providing us information and showing us these tips !!
What your camera setting triangles exposure?
I think this is brilliant, especially as the end result is achieved largely in the shoot itself and not in the editing, that's real skill I think, thanks very much for sharing your depth of knowledge and talent, very inspiring.
like your video. learned more !!! btw you are a little similar to Captain America💕💕😎😎
That's amazing 😍
I wish these guys shared how to edit thumbnails
Parker on vacation!! nice ;D Where he's at??
Great video 🙏🏾
A video on how to shoot product advertisements is a product advertisement (online courses) itself. During the video, numerous products (physical or digital) are being advertised. On top of that, I had to watch 3 RUclips ads for Artlist (which I am already subscribed to). And on the side, where video suggestions are is yet another banner ad for Artlist. If anybody asks me how much advertisement is too much advertisement, I would point them here.
Interesting that you put the 'find a song' element in your 'pre-planning.' I tend to think thats a post production task but I can see how establishing the song first could have some advantages.
Can you recommend a headset for editing that is more or less $100?
🔥🔥
What about birthday videos?
What software editing you using for making this video?
How would you promote fishing rod?
this guy is really a wonderful teacher 🙂
Wow! What a toutorial! Great job!
2 questions:
-why you didn’t made all the shoots with the c
anon?
-how much (approximately) did you charge for the client?
Thanks
Paolo
Wich app do you use, for the pre-planning shot list?
How much would you charge a client to make them a video like this ?
Music name ??
Thanks for these tips!! Also super helpful since I am usually reviewing products on my channel!
some videos were shot with the red camera but they don't talk about that. Why ?
wow very informative. super like and full watch 💚💛💜🖤💝💞
How much companies pay for this kind of video?
the camera during the intro had some dead pixels I think, or am I seeing things
who dafuq dislike this video? gotta be a hater SMH
biggest tip STOP THE UNBOXING BS!!
How much will it cost if we hire you to shoot an original pop music video?
that laowa footage is kinda failure i think. too much noise and a little unsteady
but like, did you consider we're not all rich???
How much do you guys charge for an ad like this?
1dx MK3
you guys should add a twist on your product shoots like how daniel schiffer does it creatively. love the simplicity though.
I liked this cuz it was fast paced and informative...and very doable!
You guys are amazing ... I have already learned a lot over the past year or so working and now I am really really really tempted to take your course and go next level.
where is the subtle LUT you mentioned in video????
Looking for what LUT was added to the footage please.
Sir prepare a video of b roll and tutorial and explanation sir . liked it sir
Great video!! And why would someone dislike a video like that? I mean, haters are just a bunch of good for nothing LOSERS.
Or maybe they disagree with the information displayed in the video? Who knows🤷🏽♂️
Fantastic
Learnt a lot..thank u 💝 pls include more free tutorials on your channel or website for us who r not afford to do the course but learn from u guys ☺️
