I have yet to be able to answer or end a call using the tap function. When I tap, it only increases the volume, other times it turns off the Bluetooth. I want to love this device, but I can't figure out WHERE to tap (says tap the upper part but upper becomes lower when it is worn) to answer a call. I've been wearing it at home to practice but not having any success. It is comfortable and has good sound - but I want to be able to answer/end calls without touching my cell!!! HELP!
They sound wonderful! However, their tapping function does not work consistently or at all depending on what day it is. Tap once should pause, but it's just increases sound. Which is supposed to happen with multiple taps. I ALWAYS have to use my phone to pause now.

I got these today because it said it can connect to 2 devices at same time but I'm having trouble doing so....any advice? thanks
same problem here. I can't get a second device to see them in pairing mode. No mention of dual connectivity in the manual either.

These are awful for pairing worse experience I've had. To search info on this here is not great. Wouldn't recommend
