Honestly, it’s hard more than you know. I was with someone for almost 9 years who treated me like shit sometimes people are scared to leave. Some people don’t wanna be alone. Some people feel like it’s their fault that the partners acting this way some people think the person will change, it’s a lot harder than just leaving some people feel like they have to help them so they have to stay

Then Yoruba, Egbo, Ebo ETC, language, ETC.

There is a difference between lend and borrow. You lend because you own or have it and borrow when you do not own or have it. So should be "can I borrow your book" or "can you lend the book". This is the proper way.
