This happens everyday, in the corporate world. Bridget, looked down on Marcus, simply because he was the cleaner. The problem with that is, she never knew his background and she never asked. If she had done so, she would have known that, he would have been a big help to her. A working team in fact. But, no she was hell bent on him being a cleaner and never saw the good he could have done for her and the company. Like my mother use to say, "bought learning". She learned alright, the hard way. And, she paid dearly for it. Now, she has to report to the very one she looked down on. Karma, is real and she's never late.
Hopefully Bridgette learns from this lesson never look down on people by their appearance

MY SUPERVISOR TREATED ME LIKE CROP BUT I ENDED UP GETTING THREE DIFFERENT PROMOTIONS WITHIN 2 AND A HALF YEARS WHILE HE GOT DEMOTED AND HAS TO ANSWER TO ME. HE THOUGHT I WOULD TREAT HIM AS HE DID TO ME BUT, NOPE, I TREATED HIM AS ONE OF MY BEST SUBORDINATE AND LEAVE HIM TO HIS CONSCIENCE TO DEAL WITH HIM. HE ENDED UP GETTING FIRED ON HIS OWN CREDITS.
