This is the simplest and clearest explanation of Needleman-Wunsch I have seen! Thank you!
you saved me, my professor kept stuttering for an hour and couldnt say any useful shit at the end in his hour long online lecture
This is amazing explanation, just saved me and my classmates from a major headache. Thank you!
You have done what my lecturer could not do. Thank you so much for this simplified and easy video. Looking forward for more wonderful videos like this brother
😂😂😂 I agree
What a great video! you made this super easy to understand (you just saved my bioinformatics midterm grade). THANK YOU
simplest and clearest explanation of Needleman-Wunsch I have seen! Thank you!
Sir literally I was trying to understand this for a whole week but not a single video on the internet explain this clearly and easily as you...
The video explains everything in a concise manner. It was very helpful to understand the concept clearly. Thank you Sir!
this was the best video that i could found about this topic. Thank you so much
Amazing, and even better explained than my lecturer👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾👌🏾🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I was trying to understand it from the past few hours from ample of videos but this was the best one that explained the method very clearly and in an easy manner. Thanks a lot.
you taught better than my teacher. helped in solving my assignment. thanks.
Most appropriate video conceptually as well as in terms of explanation .Thank you so much sir!
this is the single best explanation i found here, great job sir
content and the quality and clarity in explaining the video is too good, Thank You.
Great explanation. Thank you very much!
good explanation with great visual aids! keep posting bioinformatics videos!
Thank you for this !
Sequence 1 : CCGTCG
Sequence 2 : CCGCG

CCGTCG
CCG-CG
Nice video, explained everything clearly in a simple way!
BEAUTIFULLY EXPLAINED
Very very clear, big thumb up you all! Thank you
thank you so much , finaaly i understand it
Best video on. Global sequence alignment 👌👌👌
THANK YOU, you are the best!
The best lecture I have watched on global alignment !
Thank you so much for making this video... I really needed to understand this concept. it was really nice learning this way.
Thank you for the fantastic explanation!
Thank you! This explantion helped so much!
I have learnt it from the first time, thank you
Thank you, you saved me. They gave me 2 hours video and I got nothing. What a beautiful 11 minutes video here
Thank for your example. It's very interesting.
Thank u so much .... Finnally I understood
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! YOU'VE SAVED ME!!!
best explanation ever !!!!
Clearly explained , looking forward to more videos .Great job .
We are glad that you liked our video 😊
Thank you sir, your teaching is so clear and good.
Very easy to understand, Thank you Sir
Guys like you are changing the world.
Great video! Thank you.
I actually didn't get anything regarding bioinformatics, bein in 2nd semester, and having a little bit idea of this, i will try my best to understand this. Tysm sir. ◉‿◉
Excellent explanation ❤️
This is a great explanation, thank you so much sir.
Effective way of teaching 👍
Best video i have ever watched❤thank you
very informative, helped a lot, thank you!
Very well explained.....Thank you..!!!

Thank you 💥💥💥
thanks a lot!
great explanation, thanks a lot!
Happy to help 😊
Thnks for explanation
Thanks for helping 😌🥰
Superb!
Really clear explained. Can you tell me the answers of Seq 1 CCGTCG and seq 2 CCGCG and again for se1 1 CGCTCGCT and seq 2 CACTCGT in regards to compare my answers. Thanks in advance.
thank you very much, it's soo clear
We are happy to help 😊
thank you so much for posting such interesting and well explained videos
We are glad that you liked it 😊
thank you for your video. But I have a question: can I traceback according to the largest value, so it would be 2, 1, 0, 0, 1, 0 instead of 2, 1, 0, -1, 1, 0?
Same question
But according to this method you cannot go to 0 after 2,1,0 as it's a match (G and G) so you have to go diagonally, which is 2,1,0,-1. Note: here you can't go according to the highest value if the nucleotide sequence matches. If it doesn't match then you can go for the highest value.
Thanks
There can be multiple optimal answers as well.
Very verryyy very helpful vdio it is 🥰🥰🥰🥰
Well Explained. Thank You !
We are glad that you liked our video, Mr Abhi.
Please let us know if you are not able to understand any topic related to bioinformatics we would try to make video on that particular topic, Thank you 😊

what are you studying brother ?

Sir...very zabrdast...exclnt...
Love from pakistan...
Thank you so much numan, it means alot to us 😊😊
Nice video. Bro. Well explained. Keep it up.
Thank you
Very well explained..!
But I wanna ask some question.
Why do you add these digits - 2 , - 4 , - 6, - 8, - 10 & -2 , - 4, - 6 ,- 8 in
First row and column respectively why do we need to add this zero
These points are bit confusing please reply me..
Because this is the 1st rule. Before filling up a matrix you have to fill the first row and column by adding the given score of a gap penalty (which is -2 here) with 0. And the first one will always have to be 0.
I love u man.
thx
great video man
Appreciate it
now my confusion is cleared
Great
How you have aligned second sequence like A-GCT only .
tq
based on what we adding -2, -4, -6? to row and columns
Thank you soo much for this! This explained what 1 hour of my lecture didn't lol
👍👍👍👍
I want to ask, the right corner in global alignment has always the HIGHEST value? is it possible for an another cell to have higher value? Thanks.
👍
👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Hi there, where is the link using python with scoring matrices.
Thanks
