@@HoodDonniedarko I'm no doctor but I have taken 2 to 3 cloves eaten oral AND the larger bulbs (1 bulb) I have inserted into my vaginal. ****** I had to take a knife and poke holes and bruise the garlic.....I also took my needle and thread and ran it all through the garlic so I could pull out the garlic 24 hours after I inserted it into the garlic.
Many many moons ago I kept getting BV from my daughters father. I kept getting the same antibiotics (metro) it would go away and then come back right after sex. I begged the doctor to prescribe him the same antibiotic. We took the dose at the same time and guess what….. no more BV. Doctors will argue up and down that men don’t need to be treated, but from experience I know other wise. If you’re in a long term relationship and think your partner keeps passing it to you, have him ask a doctor for the same meds, or tell him go to a free clinic and tell them his partner has trich (STD) and they’ll give him the 2 grams of metro. They use the same meds to treat BV and Trich.

Excellent video! I had a huge problem with bacterial vaginosis, until I saw a video of an American girl (she's not even a Doctor) telling how she cured the BV by inserting a capsule of Vitamine C for one week into her vagina. She never got the problem again! I did the same and within 2 days the smell disappeared, I kept using it for the next days and never ever got a problem with vaginosis again! The whole process of BV started very quickly right after a new relationship, so I honestly believe that it was transmitted by him, as I was single and not sexually active for more than a year. Creating the acidity is the key!
I inserted a new capsule of vitamine C every night. It basically melts and disappears. Sometimes you might see a very thin "gelatine" kind of substance coming out as you urinate or when you wipe your vulva, but it's just what was left of the gelatine capsule. You really don' t have to worry in removing it, just by any means, avoid washing your vagina inside, just wait till the capsule comes out naturally. Best of luck! Also stay away from sugars and starches this contributes to gut imbalances and the acidity of the body with yeast...I found too that sometimes what the issue was..only too much yeast...when I ate too much starches and candies sweets ..this made my ph aweful.. yeast.. looked and smelled just like BV ..when I stopped the excessive starches and cut out sugars the fishy smell stopped altogether!!!..so consider that too
Some research has shown that it's actually more common than we think for women to have both BV and yeast infection at the same time. Which made sense when I read it because I would always notice an immediate imbalance when I'd been eating to much sugar

Are you paying attention to the age of your patients with reoccurring vaginitis? Perimenopause and menopause with the changes in hormones can change the pH of your vagina as well which also includes changes in vaginal skin health and mucous production. Vaginal application of estradiol to replenish the lacking hormones that will better change the pH therefore stopping reoccurring vaginitis and improving overall genitourinary health. This is dealing with reoccurring vaginitis at the root issue IF it’s related to changes in hormones around the perimenopause and menopause time frame.

I’ve had recurring BV since 2018-alternating between yeast infection. I basically have hated sex since then since I either can’t participate, or I always have yeast 24/7, or it’s just not that moist. I’ve gone months without intercourse b/c of this ( which I think plays a role in why partner cheated). I just deal with it now. Been to 4 OBs, all they do is tell me is my panels are negative, prescribe antibiotics-which do nothing-and repeat. I’d be very surprised if this doesn’t eventually lead to me being sterile or permanent reproductive damage. I’m starting to think this is the plan since everyone keeps prescribing the same BS yet more & more women are developing this issue and they still don’t have any new medicines, studies, etc to actually help is. I tried homeopathic methods like Boric Acid which worked for about a year and then just stopped working-so I’ve fully given up. I practiced abstinence for 6 months and that still didn’t help…

This year I got 3 bv idk what's going on with me. Get put on antibiotics goes away and comes back within a month or 2. I've taken probiotics but doesn't help as much. I'm sure helps my ph balance but still have the smell and discharge. Its so frustrating idk what else to do.
I think drinking more water, changing your diet and finding a non scented soap really helps. I usually stick w Dove unscented and use Monsistat boric acid wash, it's bomb I usually only use it after sex, but no matter what it washes good anytime u use it and enough for me that by the end of the day I'm only smelling sweaty which I'll take over how we woman can smell. I hope that helps, oh and when your intimate the guy really needs to clean well around his public area and his dick shaft his cleanliness helps as well. 😊
@BrandynAF i don't do baths at all. Okay this might sound weird but I've noticed that I get it during different "times. Climate " idk how to explain cyz it sounds so stupid saying it but.. I noticed only certain places environments it get triggers idk why. I seriously need help because I’m at my wits end and literally am about to just become celibate and accept that it will FOREVER burn when I pee and that I will always stink no matter how many times I shower a day. Mycoplasma is an STD. It's not as common as the others. I had it once yeaaaaars ago and id never even heard of it! My gyno gave me antibiotics for myself as well as my partner.
Try to drink kefir yougurt daily for a while it has live cultures and it helps balance your PH as well as don’t use fragrance soaps just water when you shower..I had a bad case of BV that wouldn’t go away and that helped me ..also if sexually active condoms are a must 😊good luck!
Definitely talk to your mom so you can be checked to be certain. Also will save you from embarrassing moments. Better to share it with her than have other's teasing you. It's okay and your mom would want to know.

@@ayaanabshi4059yes, I am mostly recovered now. After I finished the flagyl gel, I used a lactic acid gel to try to get my ph corrected. It’s called Gynelac. I am very sensitive so I only did it for four days because it was causing pain. During this, I took probiotics- take any with crispatus and rhamnosis lactobacilli. I also did the Evvy test, which I highly recommend. The people are awesome there and really want to help. But yes, I was despairing. My vagina is still not feeling 100%, but I think it’s recovering. I know this is hell. It was hell for me for four months and still not perfect. I think it’s very worth it to spend the money on the Evvy test.
Mine, too, and not only that, I started having yeast coinfection at one point. Too much antibiotics is not good! I stopped taking antibiotics and treated yeast, as needed. Then, I started taking probiotics and ate more yogurt, drank kombucha, and reduced my carb intake. That seemed to be helping alot.

When I finished the flagyl gel I tried to fix my ph. I bought ph test strips and a lactic acid gel called gynelac. I used that for four days, but it was hurting my cervix so I stopped. I was also taking probiotics with crispatus and rhamnosis. Crispatus is the most important lactobacilli for vaginal health. I also paid $120 and did a test with the Evvy company. This is worth every penny. Way better than what my gynecologist has done. The Evvy people are so kind and really helpful. I seriously recommend doing it. It will show you exactly what your vaginal biome has and is lacking as well as any infections. It has been mental and physical hell, but it is possible to rebalance your vagina. I hope this helps.

Try this life coach, in one of our sessions she told me a way to get rid of BV and Yeast infections. She's not a doctor but she is african and it worked for me😊😊❤, she said to use garlic, ginger, tumeric and cloves. I swear by it, it helped me

What if someone have severe BV like it’s staying in your body no matter how many times you take pills and cream prescriptions provided ? How can BV be gone permanently ?
I had bv for years almost right after my period😢tried everything but probiotic’s and now I am two weeks in pills and it’s like I never had BV at all . PS what works for me might not work for you. ….you can try tho
I tried metronidazole for over a year and it always caused yeast infections. Once i get rid of yeast infection, my cycle would come and there goes BV again afterwards. It was a constant cycle even with me taking probiotics and things to try and get some good bacteria in while i was taking antibiotics. Boric acid doesn’t work and i just don’t like the idea of sticking food up my vagina. I tried everything and feel helpless at this point.
Try taking oil of oregano tablets orally. The brand I take is Biotics Research ADP. I take 4 per day. Also Fem Dophilus probiotics to balance vaginal bacteria.

Hi, I would suggest trying one alternative first for a while. If no positive response, then try a second. I would not suggest doing multiple at the same time. Also, discuss a treatment plan with your GYN which will entail using these alternatives.

I am doing colloidal silver, probiotics, dmannos, sepia and going to do boric acid. There's no scientific studies that it has caused harm. I'm sick of them not being able to recommend it due to it not being a pharmescutical. It just read a full study about the toxic load and there is no toxicity when taken vaginally. Only orally/ingested. I've done it past pregnancies and so have many others.

How long before the probiotics work? Seems like I have tried several different ones and it didn't seem to work but then again maybe I wasn't taking them regularly. Also can they cause diarrhea? I have IBS and everything seems to set it off.

My herbalist said, 30 days, make a slight cut in the garlic, tie a string to it, insert into vagina at night before bed, for 30 days, to completely clear the infection.

Could this be a sign of your partner cheating? Here me out.. years ago I kept getting BV as well as yeast infections with the partner I had then I found out he was in fact cheating on me and I obviously left him never went back to him and never once got any vagina infection again. Now years later I’m happily married and still no infections from my husband. Ladies pay attention it could mean more than just that
Men can reinfect you if they have an infection. Not necessarily caused by cheating. But if the women passed it to him then yeah. But it’s not a guaranteed reason.

It’s the food! I don’t know why more “doctors” don’t tell us this! (Probably because we can’t do anything about it). BV & yeast are a PH issue which is caused a hormonal imbalance. Our food is extremely loaded with hormones so we’re getting double, if not triple the dose of estrogen and it’s throwing our hormones & PH wayyy off hence why so many women are coming down with these issues. What’s scary is I’m seeing girls developing earlier & earlier--some as young as 10! It’s really messed up & I feel like that’s why all the drs do is prescribe the same medicines that we ALL know don’t work or eventually build up an immunity. I guess we’re just supposed to suffer at this point.
I did that! I took oral metro and used boric acid suppositories. I didn't have any kind of reaction, but also my BV still came back after a month or so😅

I'm so done circling around with BV/UTIs that cause an antibiotic to appear in my medicine cabinet... again....and again. I wonder if birth control plays a role. I just see red every time my gyno says that my vagina is like an easy bake oven, so it balances itself...well, if that's the case, then there wouldn't be BV or UTIs!!! I think it’s caused by a bad gut. A bad diet is causing a lot of illness these days in the US unfortunately. Big pharma wants us to keep being sick so we buy more medicine. Doctors practice medicine not patient health. It’s a sad reality but we have to take our health into our own hands. I have BV and I read that the medicine my doctor prescribed is an antibiotic for it which is bad for you. And it’s not known if it causes harm to a baby in the womb (I’m pregnant). This here I am researching what else I can do. But ultimately, I think it starts with the gut microbiome.

I use the honey pot Boric Acid suppositories. You can either do 2 a day for 7 days or 1 a day for 7 days. It's a vaginally suppository. Use only water on your vaginal area but still use soap on Anus and around pubic area where you sweat. Drink lots of water and decrease sugar, and even unnatural carbs (flour, bread,.chips, etc.)
Boric acid is used vaginally not orally. 6-7 days you take it. You order online . There is one called veecleanse boric acid. Yes, I used and it worked for me. For the garlic you take it in capsules form. Many many moons ago I kept getting BV from my daughters father. I kept getting the same antibiotics (metro) it would go away and then come back right after sex. I begged the doctor to prescribe him the same antibiotic. We took the dose at the same time and guess what….. no more BV. Doctors will argue up and down that men don’t need to be treated, but from experience I know other wise. If you’re in a long term relationship and think your partner keeps passing it to you, have him ask a doctor for the same meds, or tell him go to a free clinic and tell them his partner has trich (STD) and they’ll give him the 2 grams of metro. I inserted a new capsule of vitamine C every night. It basically melts and disappears. Sometimes you might see a very thin "gelatine" kind of substance coming out as you urinate or when you wipe your vulva, but it's just what was left of the gelatine capsule. You really don' t have to worry in removing it, just by any means, avoid washing your vagina inside, just wait till the capsule comes out naturally. Best of luck! Also stay away from sugars and starches this contributes to gut imbalances and the acidity of the body with yeast...I found too that sometimes what the issue was..only too much yeast...when I ate too much starches and candies sweets ..this made my ph aweful.. yeast.. looked and smelled just like BV ..when I stopped the excessive starches and cut out sugars the fishy smell stopped altogether!!!..so consider that too

I’ve had recurring BV since 2018-alternating between yeast infection. I basically have hated sex since then since I either can’t participate, or I always have yeast 24/7, or it’s just not that moist. I’ve gone months without intercourse b/c of this ( which I think plays a role in why partner cheated). I just deal with it now. Been to 4 OBs, all they do is tell me is my panels are negative, prescribe antibiotics-which do nothing-and repeat. I think drinking more water, changing your diet and finding a non scented soap really helps. I usually stick w Dove unscented and use Monsistat boric acid wash, it's bomb I usually only use it after sex, but no matter what it washes good anytime u use it and enough for me that by the end of the day I'm only smelling sweaty which I'll take over how we woman can smell. Mycoplasma is an STD. It's not as common as the others. I had it once yeaaaaars ago and id never even heard of it! My gyno gave me antibiotics for myself as well as my partner.

This is my third BV infection in two months from being on antibiotics for 3 months. I have so much pain from it. It makes my cervix hurt badly.

I am very sensitive so I only did it for four days because it was causing pain. During this, I took probiotics- take any with crispatus and rhamnosis lactobacilli. I also did the Evvy test, which I highly recommend. The people are awesome there and really want to help. But yes, I was despairing. My vagina is still not feeling 100%, but I think it’s recovering. I know this is hell. It was hell for me for four months and still not perfect. I think it’s very worth it to spend the money on the Evvy test.
Mine, too, and not only that, I started having yeast coinfection at one point. Too much antibiotics is not good! I stopped taking antibiotics and treated yeast, as needed. Then, I started taking probiotics and ate more yogurt, drank kombucha, and reduced my carb intake. That seemed to be helping alot.

I was also taking probiotics with crispatus and rhamnosis. Crispatus is the most important lactobacilli for vaginal health. I also paid $120 and did a test with the Evvy company. This is worth every penny. Way better than what my gynecologist has done. The Evvy people are so kind and really helpful. I seriously recommend doing it. It will show you exactly what your vaginal biome has and is lacking as well as any infections. It has been mental and physical hell, but it is possible to rebalance your vagina. I hope this helps.

I tried metronidazole for over a year and it always caused yeast infections. Once i get rid of yeast infection, my cycle would come and there goes BV again afterwards. It was a constant cycle even with me taking probiotics and things to try and get some good bacteria in while i was taking antibiotics. Boric acid doesn’t work and i just don’t like the idea of sticking food up my vagina. I tried everything and feel helpless at this point.

I am doing colloidal silver, probiotics, dmannos, sepia and going to do boric acid. There's no scientific studies that it has caused harm. I'm sick of them not being able to recommend it due to it not being a pharmescutical. It just read a full study about the toxic load and there is no toxicity when taken vaginally. Only orally/ingested. I've done it past pregnancies and so have many others.

Could this be a sign of your partner cheating? Here me out.. years ago I kept getting BV as well as yeast infections with the partner I had then I found out he was in fact cheating on me and I obviously left him never went back to him and never once got any vagina infection again. Now years later I’m happily married and still no infections from my husband. Ladies pay attention it could mean more than just that

It’s the food! I don’t know why more “doctors” don’t tell us this! (Probably because we can’t do anything about it). BV & yeast are a PH issue which is caused a hormonal imbalance. Our food is extremely loaded with hormones so we’re getting double, if not triple the dose of estrogen and it’s throwing our hormones & PH wayyy off hence why so many women are coming down with these issues. What’s scary is I’m seeing girls developing earlier & earlier--some as young as 10! It’s really messed up & I feel like that’s why all the drs do is prescribe the same medicines that we ALL know don’t work or eventually build up an immunity. I guess we’re just supposed to suffer at this point.

No do not take metro orally.. you should use the boric acid soppository for 6-7 days at most.

How long have you taken it? It should create very watery discharge when it's working. It's possible you haven't done it long enough

I'm so done circling around with BV/UTIs that cause an antibiotic to appear in my medicine cabinet... again....and again. I wonder if birth control plays a role. I think it’s caused by a bad gut. A bad diet is causing a lot of illness these days in the US unfortunately. Big pharma wants us to keep being sick so we buy more medicine. Doctors practice medicine not patient health. It’s a sad reality but we have to take our health into our own hands. I have BV and I read that the medicine my doctor prescribed is an antibiotic for it which is bad for you. And it’s not known if it causes harm to a baby in the womb (I’m pregnant). This here I am researching what else I can do. But ultimately, I think it starts with the gut microbiome.

I use the honey pot Boric Acid suppositories. You can either do 2 a day for 7 days or 1 a day for 7 days. It's a vaginally suppository. Boric acid makes me bleed. Out of desperation, after months of hell and a mess of other OTC products, I inserted a 250MG vitamin c tab. It burned like heck for about 15 minutes and I was wondering OMG what have I done to myself. But then it calmed down and stopped everything it its tracks. I am talking instantly. I cannot believe it. I am still a little sore from all the discharge for weeks, but it is getting better now too after a couple of days and a little hydrocortizone ointment.

Hi. There isn't a lot that can be recommended during nursing because of the unknown (or known) effects on children. The antibiotic vaginal insert is safe to use and effective. Holistic or natural methods have not been well studied unfortunately.
