    Very nice indeed. I think we need to rename you "Mr Jig"! You seem to have designed and built jigs for every conceivable situation. That must be so much more satisfying than simply buying them, and a lot less cost too. Bob

    Dear Sir,
    That Bird's Eye Maple worked so carefully, the intricate hand work to ensure a close tight fit reminds one of Japanese craftsmanship. The overall look & finish has that very Oriental feel & as for the overall appearance, well it's absolutely sublime. Very well executed. Kind regards.

    Beautiful work, like a master class in creative use of power tools combined with expert use of hand tools. The box joint joinery on the carcase is like Greene & Greene work, which is said to have been influenced by Japanese and Chinese practice, so I guess it is oriental either way. They used a completely different style of inlay though. Did I see you pulling your sliding miter saw through the workpiece? I thought at first it was a radial arm saw.

    와...정말 많은 노력과 정성이 들어간 보석함이 나왔습니다!! 보석보다 더 빛나고,,, 보석보다 더 애정이 갈것같아요~
    중간 과정에서 이해가 안가는 부분이 있는데 천천히 생각해 보겠습니다,,
    요즘 dovetail joint에 대해 연구를 하고있는데 선생님표 지그 넘 탐나요~
    (그런데 지그제작이 만만치 않을것 같기는해요 ㅋ,,,)한편으로는 톱과 끌로 만들어 보고싶기도 하고요^^;~

    • @YoungJe
      @YoungJe  5 лет назад +1

      이해가 되지않는 부분이 어떤곳인가요?
      혹은, 긴가 민가 하는 부분(의심스러운)이라던지 ???
      다시 한번 자세히 동영상을 만들어 올려볼께요~( step by step guide) 형식으로,,,,,
      가능하면 이번주에 동영상을 올리려고 합니다,

    • @taejinlee5556
      @taejinlee5556 5 лет назад

      Young Je 아직 한참 모자라 바보같은 질문이 아닌지 모르겠습니다.
      1. Tail board를 선정하는 기준을 잘 모르겠어요.
      변형이 더 많이 생기는 긴 보드를 Pin board로 잡는 방법이 구조적으로 안정적이라고 생각이되는데 (나뭇결 방향을 고려해서)
      시각적 효과때문인지 긴 보드를 tail로 잡는경우를 훨씬 더 많이 봤습니다.
      Drawer box처럼 상황에 따라 다르겠지만 헛갈리네요^^;
      선생님께서 만드신 박스경우 상대적으로 긴 보드가 (상판)pin board 같은데 각도가 크지않아사인지 구별이 쉽게 가지 않습니다^^;;
      2. 박스안 칸막이를 다도홈에 끼우고나서 앞부분에 다시 dovetail 형식으로 마무리 하셨는데 처음 보는 형식이었습니다.
      변형을 대비하는 의도신지,, 아니면 시각적인 효과인지,, 실수는 아니실테고 ㅋ ㅋ,,
      복잡한 과정이 한번 더 들어가니 보는제가 조마조마 했습니다 ㅎㅎ
      3. Dovetail jig의 원리는 넘사벽이고요 ㅎㅎ
      지금 만들고있는 sofa side table 제작이 끝나면 거실장을 심플하게 제작하려고 하는데 주먹장을 이용해 보려고합니다~
      Drawer 도 들어가니 생각보다 공부하게 많네요 ㅎㅎ

    • @YoungJe
      @YoungJe  5 лет назад +1

      1,보통의 경우, 상판을 테일로 선정하면 됩니다~ 서랍은 옆면이 테일,,,,,차후에 나무결에 대해서는 말씀을 따로 드릴께요~
      제가만드 박스는 ,,, 박스 조인트입니다,ruclips.net/video/ipe9GlKXCFU/видео.html
      2, 변형,시각 모두 좋아서 시도했습니다,,,일은 번거롭지만,,,,,,
      3, 도브테일 지그는 넘 사벽은 아닙니다,,,, 자세한 영상 다시한번 제작하려 합니다~

    • @taejinlee5556
      @taejinlee5556 5 лет назад

      Young Je 박스 조인트였군요 ㅋ
      각도가 너무없다 생각했는데 Jig에 넘어갔네요 ㅎ
      시간만 넉넉하다면 만들어가면서 제 생각을 하나씩 질문했을텐데 죄송합니다^^;;
      늘 감사합니다~~~
