Hope didn't give justice in explaining her family. To her, her dad wasn't evil. He was her hero and the king of her story. Her mom didn't exactly died on her. Some messed up stuff happened and her plan to get her family back backfired causing her mom to die. She had the best parents and her family would literally died just so she could live. No parents of Landon can compare to a finger of the parents she had.
I'm sure the person who wrote that book didn't know Klaus or just hate him, for the sake of hating. If Alaric wrote the book, well it's just for the sake of hating.
The book was definitely written by Alaric. Showcased for every student to read, including Hope.
Objectively, Klaus was evil to most people, and Hope knew that, so she can’t call him a hero because he’s not. As for saying Hayley died on her, it’s easier to say that than that she died because of something she did. Whoever wrote the book about Klaus was spot on, even if it’s not how Hope remembered or feels about him, because he was a monster who loved to kill and torment everyone, even his family wasn’t safe from it, the only one he would never hurt being Hope

@@GoldenRayLight yes, I remember that but is that a published public book, was that even finished? I thought that plot was done after more and more growth came to his character and Klaus left behind the worst of his ego, inmaturity and vanity
@@janedoe8662 Cami planned to have the book be published, it’s why she wrote it, so someone probably found it and filled in the blanks with what they knew about Klaus and his family, so Hope and her generation can read and learn to be better

People, pay attention! It wasn't vervain that was keeping him from being compelled. When Alaric was alerted to the fact that knife was gone without the alarm being triggered, he knew it was landon. When he confronted Hope, she defended him but when Alaric told her no human could handle that knife, it meant that Landon was a supernatural creature himself. He betrayed Hope, angering her and bringing out the worst part of her: like father, like daughter! And quit whining over Klaus, Elijah and Haley being dead. It's done. This show is NOT about the Salvatore brothers, The Mikaelson clan ( the adults) or any one else from the previous shows. It's about supernatural KIDS dealing with their own inner demons, trying to balance the light and darkness within, just being..kids. Paul Wesley, Ian, Nina, Kat, Daniel have all said they are finished with it, all of them being cast in different shows/movies except Daniel. He's spending time with the family and getting a well deserved rest. Joseph Morgan and his wife are busy running their own little film company, Claire is about to have a baby, Riley has signed on to star in the new CW show Roswell, New Mexico, as has Claudia Black (reunion)! Yusuf Gatewood and Phoebe Tonkin also have other projects, etc. etc. In other words: give it up!! Deal with it, move on and don't judge the show on its predecessors. It's a completely different show that stands on its own. Personally, I loved the premiere, found it utterly refreshing, the students interesting and the dynamics of the relationships intriguing. I will continue to watch it while the rest of you cry all the time missing out on a show that has some serious potential. Yes, I miss Klaus but he ain't coming back and nobody else will except Sheriff Matt Donovan (that hair!) And Jeremy Gilbert. For now. Until then, give "Legacies" a real shot.

@@blkk92 Maybe a witch are secretly a werewolf. Maybe his a hybrid or tybred like Hope. Just not of the exact same creatures as Hope. Even before he did what he did I had a feeling that he was something more then human. It's the look on his face when Hope told him what she is that had me wondering if his similar.
@@ericasharp1872 I doubt he's either a vamp/wolf. Maybe some other mythical creature or possibly a witch with special lineage but have yet to realize his own potential, otherwise he wouldnt be seen getting so bulliedat mystic grill easily.
@@blkk92 Maybe he was desperate. Did you see the trailer for next episode? it seems like his running from a fire breathing witch. Maybe it's what kills her or maybe he got it for her to save himself. Also that guy in the library did tell Alaric that the alarm for the knife didn't go off. He spotted it missing and let Alaric know. Alaric suspected London if that's his name. Especially when they found out he didn't go home as he was compel to do meaning he fected being compel.

I SWEAR TO GOD IF THEY DON'T BRING KLAUS AND EVERYONE BACK. With the necromancer, they could bring Klaus, Hayley, Katherine, Stefan, Elijah, and everyone else that we miss. back They have so many plot opportunities. They could have Klaus and Hayley come back, spend some time with Hope BUT they have to kill her bc the Necromancer wants her gone. It's just an idea and I don't like it either but we could have them back for a short time at least.
