In ‘91, I got a tape from Fairlane by Mike Ridley, I think, maybe Tom, with two songs: Don’t Tear It Down on side 1 and Baseball on side 2. Anybody remember that? God I wish I still had that cassette.
I turned to youtube today to remind myself this is a proud baseball franchise and found this gem. Now let's get some new leadership and restore the roar !!
Somebody should send this to the American Folklore Society - it's one of the best examples of true folk music and fan involvement I've encountered in my career
