Very good principles. Several years ago I had to travel back to my hometown due to a family emergency, and stayed there for 3 weeks. I only had time to pack my bare necessities: toiletries, 4~5 changes of clothes, etc. My parents had just passed away so our old family house was quite barebone, pretty much with just a couch, a bed, and some pots and pans in the kitchen. I lived quite all right for the entire 3 weeks, and at the end of my trip I realized one really does not need that much to live a physically comfortable and stable life as long as one's materialistic greed is under control.
I am saving money to buy a used SUV. I am attempting to curtail my spending for a few months. I want to buy a used Toyota RAV4. Financial minimalism is intelligent.
Great video lots of good tips. I am trying to build a capsule wardrobe and am asking myself this question each time something wears out or is used up. Do I really need to replace this or do I already have something I can use instead.
Me neither, but I know of at least one British creator who uses dollars. When I talk about cash amounts here the same principles applies in pounds as in dollars.
