- This is Breadfruit Party. 400 Breadfruit being roasted and some of the most satisfying dishes to pair with the roasted fruit that is infused with the smoke it’s being cooked in. They literally roasted these breadfruits in a tree of fire and used a long stick to pop them in and roll them out.

Yo there is No other people on this earth that understands, prepares, and cooks like the Jamaican people. Each and every ingredient has a purpose, and is added at the precise moment. And oh yeah, the fire and smoke is the secret ingredient. There are several methods of cooking, and every one is unique to Jamaica, and the person cooking it. Giving the food different levels of flavor, creating spice and a harmony of deliciousness in each Dish. Blessings!!!

I don’t care what the departments of health in the Caribbean says, I rather the cooks wash their hands like they do & handle the food without those gloves that are made of rubber and what else we don’t know. Clean hand, big spoons & forks works well. I love the set with the food.

Is a good thing I am cooking because as there is a God in Heaven I would have sailed the phone out the window.
That is how I prepare salted mackerel, I hate seeing eyes, tail and bag of bones. I just hate giving people that to eat.
Many people might see the Breadfruit and think it is too much but i can fry one and clap it off by myself so imagine if there are lots of people.

😋…they could role the roasted breadfruits onto a zinc
@MeSamdz - The heat from the hundreds of hot breadfruits would heat up the zinc and continue the cooking process thereby over cooking the breadfruits which would in turn dry them out and make them inedible. Also, the excess ambient heat from the fire on the ground with the added heat from the cook breadfruits would act as a natural steriliser and kill any germs that is present in the soil by the fire.
