@@prateekmahapatra1789 Putting the messenger aside, he has a point. Don’t forget that on October the 7th, Hamas was able to effectively use motorbikes to breach one of the most defended lines in the world. Of course, this coupled with their use of grenade-dropping drones (a page out of the book of the Ukraine War), and their use of paragliders. It is worth mentioning that whether you are talking about small hobby drones, paragliders, and motorbikes, they are all VERY cheap. Under $5,000 a piece cheap. In fact, if you look at ongoing conflicts around the world, you see cheap equipment wreaking havoc on multi-million dollar systems. Be it a motorbike breaching a defended line, a cheap drone causing the enemy to blow through $1 Billion in AD missiles, a $100 drone with an explosive strapped to it immobilizing or destroying a multi-million dollar armored vehicle, etc. etc. If anything, war leads to some crazy innovation. A lot of the tech we use today had its roots in WWII. Computers, radar, jet engines, radar, etc. Heck, even rockets had their roots in WWII. Because as we know, the guy who developed the V1 rocket for the Germans, went on to develop the rockets NASA used to send the first man to the moon. I believe we are looking at something similar today. As a matter of fact, in a few years, certain countries could start classifying drones in a similar fashion to how they classify firearms.

They need to add electronic warfare to counter drones. The difficulty of trying to precision strike small numbers of fast moving men makes the noise of EW more acceptable. Maybe ai looking for drones to turn on the system when needed.
Armoured assaults seen in Ukraine are lacking speed . if they can move faster, they can avoid getting struck by arty before infantry disembark. Essentially we come down to three main points: 1. Demining capability 2. Anti-drone survivability 3. Assault speed For light infantry assault motorcycles and quadbikes are more than qualified for the tasks.
The isr provided by drones makes thus extremely impractical on a large scale. Even at smaller scales, the exposure and terrain will determine their use
@@danielbwest FPV drones are used against vehicles carrying entire squads or against an accumulation of infantry troops, using motor bikes will make it so drones now have to be used on a single or 2 personnel decreasing their efficiency, not to mention the drone actually has to be fast and agile enough to catch up and if there's multiple bikes carrying an entire squad instead of a single vehicle the operator(s) will have to make a choice and that choice will mean most likely letting the others escape it's also pretty clear no real assaults are conducted by bikes (for obvious reasons) but rather they are used on logi disrupting missions or most likely to quickly bring personnel to a position/extract personnel from a contested but still somewhat stable position

@@danielbwest It's pretty obvious that these events where a team on motobikes manages to take a trench are rare events (which is why he made a video on this) because in reality it's going to fail more often than not. And drones aren't always that fast, there was a video fo a 2 Russians escaping a Ukrainian FPV drone on a quad bike apparently and yeah I own a drone myself and with explosives strapped onto it I don't think it would be able to keep up with the mobility of a motorbike (plus that doesn't change what I said about having to pick which one to chase). The french and Italian did this tactics back then during a cold war era, same as Japan too and they still currently used to this day.
We're back to WWII Soviet motor rifle brigades with motorbikes now
Everything is coming full circle
Kinda funny with all this new technology it still reverts to trench warfare.
War tactics haven't changed completely.
bro you haven’t seen combat drummers and guitarists in Mad Max style, yet😅
Well I remember this yt video of some russian soldier with his guitar in some balcony in Bakmut not long ago...
Russian technicians can now invent mini Anti Drone Devices just like the one fixed on the Turtle Tanks .
Как говорил Владимир Ильич Ленин: Учиться , учиться и ещё раз учиться ! Вот мы учимся и адаптируемся по ситуации.
Didn't the soviets in WW2 also have shock trooper groups on bikes for the same style of tactic?
Ukraine Bandera Fascism terrorist crime
Yep
The Japanese were the most effective with it in WW2
Don Cossack motorised cavalry 😂😂😂
Light Cavalry's back
They need to add electronic warfare to counter drones. The difficulty of trying to precision strike small numbers of fast moving men makes the noise of EW more acceptable. Maybe ai looking for drones to turn on the system when needed.
Genghis Khan smiles with approval as it resembles his 100k horse coming across the plain!!
Russians are his descendants, so not surprised
speed or armor, armor doesnt count if anything can go through it, so lighten up, get there fast
Yes this awesome.... Russia gets a Rick Flare WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO for improvisation 😂😂😂😂
Back passenger should sit facing backwards
Wait wait wait... let me start music first, AC/DC - Highway to Hell
They add to the psychological impact by playing "Gone Jackals" as they ride.
Me a Sri Lankan who saw the later stages of civil war;” Oh just like old times”
Armoured assaults seen in Ukraine are lacking speed
. if they can move faster, they can avoid getting struck by arty before infantry disembark.
Essentially we come down to three main points:
1. Demining capability
2. Anti-drone survivability
3. Assault speed
For light infantry assault motorcycles and quadbikes are more than qualified for the tasks.
@@Stormyy6310 I mean Alex made it seem like using bikes was this novel thing in conducting assaults when it really isn't soo..
And troops are far more protected in amoured vehicles than not
Also, do you know how fast drones are? 😳
And yeah I do agree that armored vehicles to conduct assaults is not a "meta" which will change into motorbike assaults
Mechanized cavalry. Shout out to my farther for that premonition on May 1st 2023 on our fishing trip.
Когда FPV Дрон пытается догнать мотоцикл , это так смешно 😂 мотоциклист начинает дрифтовать как в голивудском боевике 😂
Because they're poor!😢😂 This Russian cheerleader always finds a way to make daddy Putin proud.
But Effective.
😂. So, Ukranians making decoys, that means that they are weak!
russian cossack on a motor bike with Shashka.Imagine the movie, Charge of Cossacks on a motor bike.
They are big fans and are anticipating the new Mad Max movie you see!
Great opportunity for Indian companies like Bajaj and royal enfield
Assault squad?! The amount of FPV footage makes them the meat squad 😂
It truly is wild how much warfare tactics and doctrine have changed since the start of the Russia-Ukraine conflict. Even more interesting is how many ancient tactics are making a comeback. All thanks to the introduction of FPV drones. At the end of the day though, it's sad how many families have ended up killing each other in this conflict. Peace negotiations must be sought.
When they ride 2-up on the MC, fly in out of nowhere, and hit you in the face with a shovel, you know things are getting serious.
