@@R3DLiFE It isn't about bringing something overpriced and inpractical to the market. designing stuff like this is about exploring new possibilities and what may be good for use, so that new concepts may make it to the mainstream after testing and putting them side to side with others. And please don't be so rude. Designers like Tom work hard everyday thinking of new ways how clothing can be. You may not see or understand it, but it is a challenge to invent something in new ways.

@@R3DLiFE The point is trying it out in first place If it exists, people may get back to it after its invented and put it out at a mass product for everyone artists do the experiments, which are required for the masses to get back to these ideas.

To have a tightly packed, ultralight poncho with you, that you can put on and take off super fast. Whether or not it‘s important that it is fast, is another question. The fact that it‘s super easily stowable and doesn‘t take up space in a back pack is actually quite useful outdoors.
Why is it the only shoes or clothes that I ever want to buy are super rare? Can't they just mass produce cool things on occasion? I don't but Nike or others because the production offerings are lame and the limited edition are too expensive. Why not just make both cool??
