Очень хорошая работа! Хорошее видео! Замечательная природа и собачки! Думаю тепло Вашей души через Ваш руки переходит в ножи и ножны! В новом году Вам здоровья, мира, достатка!
Hi Fi, I'm very glad you like our background noises cause I have been trying to mute it as much as possible in editing. But sometimes our baby son is just very talkative 🤣

I love linseed oil, If you have some old rusty iron tool just remove the loose rust and put some layer of linseedoil on it and it will get a beautiful brown color and stop further rusting.
@@VahidCullsberg I just saw the email you sent me. I am more than thrilled with the knife now. A knife is an easy thing to buy from a store, but one made by my friend will be cherished for many years!
Hi Woods, Thank you! That is kind of you. This bench is a classic wood working bench used in schools going back ages. All kids get to try some general wood working skills in while still in school. It's part of the curriculum called "slöjd" and also "Home learning " meaning cooking, sewing classes.
nice fit of the blade to the anteler bolster. I never knew you could get a file shaped like a knife. I've always struggled to refine that part of doing a knife. I have a 500mm square marble tile with 40 grit fastened with spray adhesive, great for flattening. I use it to do drum shells too. What blade is it? a Lauri? roselli?
Hi, thanks for the feedback. It's an always tricky part to try to fit it perfectly. The last step I did was using a regular razor knife. It's a Lauri blade 😊
Hi Timothy, thank you kindly. No I haven't learned to forge yet. This is a Lauri blade I bought online. I do want to eventually set up a small forge and start learning. All the best
@@VahidCullsberg Same to you brother. I started with using old files. If you heat them up , cherry red , then let them cool you can shape them fairly easily with grinders and other files. You are probably already aware of this. I also buy blades on-line for damascus blanks. You can't make them as cheap as you can buy them.
@@VahidCullsberg Hey , I forgot to mention , your video skills are really top notch too. Did you get a good camera finally? The vids you did early on were way better than mine but you mentioned hoping for better equipment.
Thanks for that Timothy. No I'm still filming with the same phone. A samsung s9. Can't afford a better dedicated camera and sound mic yet. I have instead tried to do the best I can with what I have. I'm very happy you have noticed a positive difference 😊

Hi Vahid, sehr schöne Handarbeit
Beautiful craftsmanship and knife. No matter how often I watch these, I am still so impressed.
Thank you very much Craig! I really appreciate it 🙏
You're not the only one who feels that way.
Beautifully hand crafted and I love that you made this knife without all the expensive high tech machinery!
Thank you kindly Rowan. I'm very happy that you liked it.
There's more than just a bit of you in that knife. Nice to see traditional methods used. Stunning job, mate. Well done.
That is very kind of you. Thank you. 🙏

Another beauty. Never seen birch bark used with other materials. Looks nice. You make the blade too? Hope you're getting a good buck for them.
