Hebrews 11:40 tells us that the chosen would not be resurrected without us altogether. To meet him on the sea of glass for the marriage ceremony. No one ascended to the Father except Yashua. He is the High Priest in heaven He is The First Melchi-Tsedek priest and he is the Last High Priest in that order of that Priesthood.

Please explain, so Jesus told Mary Magdalene dont touch me, did he then go to the tabernacle in heaven to offer the blood on the mercy seat and then come back for 40 days allowing them to touch him?

    • @bereanendeavor2419
      @bereanendeavor2419  2 года назад +1

Yes, that is what I see happened. This was the picture of the High Priest on the day of Yom Kippur when he was not to be touched prior to sprinkling the blood of bulls and goats on the mercy seat in the Holy of Holies. Once that mission was completed it was ok to touch him. In the Lord's case, He rose bodily from the dead as our eternal High Priest and had a mission to sprinkle His own blood on the mercy seat in the tabernacle in Heaven (Hebrews 9:11-28). Once that was accomplished, it was ok to touch Him. It is wonderful what the Lord did for us.

I DON'T BELIEVE THAT "GOD" WANTED A SACRIFICE AT ALL... HE HAD MADE CERTAIN VOWS THAT CONSTRUED HIM AS SOVEREIGN GOD TO CHANGE WHAT HE HAD ALREADY SPOKEN, AND HIS WORD WAS TRUTH, AND LIFE. SO AN ATTONEMENT OF A PERFECT HUMAN WAS THE ONLY SACRIFICE THAT WOULD SUFICE TO ALLOW HIM TO ONCE AGAIN ALLOW HUMAN INTO HIS PRESENSE. NOT THAT HE WANTED A HUMAN SACRIFICE, BUT IT WAS THE ONLY WAY FOR HIM TO ALLOW HIMSELF TO FORGIVE SIN ONCE IN FOR ALL.

With all due respect you are adding to the word in your speculation that
-A- those who came out of their graves ascended in to heaven with Yeshua as the scripture says no such thing
-B- those who return with him are those you speculate ascended with him.
I understand brother, that none of us have it all figured out but as bereans, we need to make perfectly clear when and where we speculate so those listening do not adopt or theory as fact

    • @bereanendeavor2419
      @bereanendeavor2419  2 года назад

Hello INSPIRIT&TRUTH. Thank you for your comment. I will try to explain.
I listened, again, to what I said, and I stated that the two men in white apparel told the observers of the ascension that the Lord was leaving in the same way as He would return (Acts 1:9-11). We know He is returning with an army (not by Himself) according to Rev. 19:14, so He must not have left alone. He left in a cloud - a term applied to the glory cloud of God and to believers in Hebrews 12:1. So, I said that Yeshua must have left with those saints who had risen out of the graves as stated in Matt. 27:52-53 because He was the first born among many brethren (Romans 8:29). I didn’t hear myself say those who are returning with Him are the same as those who left with Him - just that He is returning with an army (not alone). I will stand by that statement.
We know that there are saints in Heaven post Yeshua’s resurrection based on what is stated in Revelation 6:9 (martyrs), 7:4-8 (12 X 12 thousands), 7:9-14 (saints from the tribulation). Paul said, “To be absent in the body is to be present with the Lord” 2 Cor. 5:8.
There must not have been saints in heaven prior to the Lord’s resurrection, because the Bible says in Matt. 27:52-53 they came out of the tombs after the Lord’s resurrection and were showing up in Jerusalem.
Prior to the resurrection, we know that the prophet Samuel wasn’t in heaven after he died. He was in the earth (1 Sam. 28:12-13). Also, Luke 16 says Abraham was in “Abraham’s Bosom” (“Paradise” would be the term Yeshua would use on the cross) with a chasm between him and Hades torment\ where the rich man was located. That means Abraham wasn’t in heaven at the time Lord was telling the story of the Rich Man and Lazarus, either. If those two didn’t get into Heaven prior to the Lord’s resurrection, who would?
But we can be sure that they are in Heaven now. Ephesians 4:8-10 says the Lord first descended into the earth before He ascended into Heaven, leading captivity captive. Hebrews 11:39 says that all those saints who were honored in the previous verses - even though they had a good report through faith - did not receive the promise (eternal life in Heaven) and could not be made perfect without us (vs. 40 - the Bride of Christ). Here it is saying these honored saints could not enter Heaven until Yeshua prepared it with His resurrection and ascension to prepare a place for His Bride.
      So, if we know that…
**No recorded saints were in Heaven before Yeshua’s resurrection
**Saints were in Heaven after Yeshua’s resurrection
**Paul said that Heaven would now be the destination of saints after death
**There were bodies of saints who were raised and came out of their tombs after the Lord’s resurrection
**Two men in white apparel (I don’t think you are suggesting these are anyone other than resurrected saints) were testifying that the Lord was going to return they way they saw Him ascend
**The Lord is not returning alone.
**The Lord descended into the earth after His death before He ascended into Heaven
**When the Lord ascended He lead captivity captive.
**There isn’t any record of resurrected saints showing up in Jerusalem after the Lord’s ascension - only after the Lord’s resurrection.
So, these saints who are mentioned in Matt. 27:52-53 who rose from the dead would have been brought out of their graves by the power of the Lord’s resurrection for some purpose by the Lord to go somewhere, and there is no reason to think it would be to return to have to return to their graves after some period of time.
If we know all these things, I don’t know any other time these saints could have entered Heaven other than at the time of the ascension when the Lord would have lead them into Heaven. Do you?
The two men in dazzling clothing at the tomb on resurrection morning (Luke 24:4) are universally assumed to be resurrected saints. The young man sitting at the right and wearing a white robe in the tomb on resurrection morning (Mark 16:5) is universally accepted to be a resurrected saint. In neither case does the scripture state that specifically, but it can be surmised from putting the corresponding evidence together to draw an obvious conclusion without listing it as speculation.
Your point is well-taken and I will try to be aware as I teach. What I want to do when I teach is to explain the teaching with scripture, historical references, topography, pictures, and hopefully create a desire in the viewer to research what I said to see if it is true. When that happens, people are learning more, and if they agree or disagree they will know why because they studied. Hopefully, that is what you did.
Some of what I teach will be traditional - some controversial. Whatever I teach needs to glorify God and honor His Word. In the teaching I am preparing in Genesis I am sure I will be using the term “speculate” much more, but I hope it will give explanations for questions that people - myself included - have had and promote a deeper confidence when they share the scriptures with others.
I hope this helps and thank you for watching Berean Endeavor. I also hope that the programs are a blessing to you.

@@bereanendeavor2419 i appreciate your response, the time, effort and thought that went in to it and most of all the civility. I know how it feels to be controversial by rejecting popular false doctrine.
I understand how/why you came to the conclusion that you came to.
All I am saying is Accoms razor is generally the best approach.
Returning the same way He left is 100% accurate simply by descending from above.
Could those He returns with simply be the same those who are the dead in Him that are raised first and those who are alive, called up into the air to meet Him and transformed, then they all finish His descent together?
Its simple, its elegant and it meets all the criteria without pretext or presumption or presupposition.

@@inspirittruth1985 Thank you for your kind response.
You are correct. If the Lord simply ascended by Himself and returned by Himself, that would be awesome.
But what do you say when someone asks what happened to the people described in Matt. 27:52-53 (about which I have been asked)?
And what is said when the Bible says there are deceased saints who are in the earth and there are deceased saints who are in Heaven? Is there a contradiction? Why does it look like some made it and others didn’t?
And what reason is given about why the Lord went into the earth before He ascended to Heaven? And what does it mean when the Bible says He lead captivity captive? (Eph. 4:8-10)
And what is the explanation for the Lord telling the thief He would be with Him in Paradise if He was going into the earth after His death?
And what is meant about Romans 8:29 and Acts 1:9-11 and 2 Cor. 5:8 and Rev. 19:14 and Luke 16:19-31 and Hebrews 9:11-14,23-28 and Hebrews 11:39-40 and Luke 24:4 and Mark 16:5, etc. - essentially the items I mentioned to you in my initial response?
These are scriptures which relate to the same topic of the Lord’s death, resurrection and ascension. These are the type of passages that are nefariously used by atheists and others who attempt to portray the Bible as a book of contradictions to deceive both believers and non-believers and turn them from the truth. What I am doing is taking the parts and seeing them as a whole to portray an incredible picture that shows not only that there is no contraction, but rather showing an amazing accuracy in the written account and providing answers to questions that viewers may have had about this subject.
Could I have said this is my speculation? Sure, but I think it is apparent that this is my viewpoint or I would not have taught it. You picked up on that and I am confident that others did, too. And hopefully I presented the case in a strong enough manner that any counter viewpoint would need to be proven scripturally, and that would be a good thing. That is how we study and learn.
Thank you, again, for your thoughtful response and I hope you continue watching Berean Endeavor.

@@inspirittruth1985 Very happy to know that you will be reviewing the listed scriptures. That is one of my goals - to get people to read and study the scripture.
My point in presenting the idea that all the deceased saints went to Glory with Yeshua at the time of the Lord’s ascension is that this picture provides answers to the questions that these scriptures could raise.
Yes, of course it is ok not to have all the answers. I would hope it is ok or we are all in mega trouble. No one has all the answers in this life. But we should never stop seeking the answers because God was so wonderful to give us the Book in which understandable answers are provided.
I have often said that learning is a process, and answers are not always apparent. Usually it takes work to dig them out. Most of the time we get it wrong before we get it right, but by the time we get it right we are not as confused by the wrong because we have taken the time to examine what is wrong and use it as part of the learning experience to get us to the right. As teachers, it is important to be diligent and not reckless in the process.
Example: Scientists are always working to learn more about the universe. If they find a conflict between the known laws of physics or chemistry and what they are observing as reality, they don’t shrug their shoulders and say, “We will simply have to accept that as a mystery,” and leave it alone. They continue to use all the means at their disposal to discover the truth of what they are observing, and it can sometimes take generations to finally figure out something that God had hard coded into His creation since the beginning of time. It wasn’t until the 20th century that Einstein gave the world e=mc2 but the truth was there all the time, waiting to be discovered by somebody. Should a theologian be any less ambitious and passionate in discovering the truths which are embedded in the Book of Truth that has been given to us by the Creator of all things?
      1 Peter 3:15; 2 Timothy 2:15
The Lord is definitely NOT done in revealing more truth in His Word to me or anyone else who is diligent in looking for it. I feel like I am still crawling when it comes to the study of this amazing Book. Anyone who says they have arrived and know all there is to know from God’s Word has reached a dangerous level of arrogance and are ripe for a humbling experience. I told you I am working on a series in Genesis and am being confronted with possibilities that I had not even considered when I began putting this together. Don’t worry - I will use the word “speculate” but I am ok with opening up the discussion to others who may be better equipped and experienced in the Word to examine the conclusions about which I am speculating. 
Thank you, again, for sharing your apparent respect for God’s Word. I hope you will continue watching Berean Endeavor. If you enjoy the programs, please tell others about the teachings.
