I love the mayor’s reaction to everything. He’s not even holding back. He’s just explicitly saying the quiet part out loud.
I really love him later on. Especially during the "glarbomactifin", water boiling, and the Batman/robbery convo. It's gold. He's honestly my favorite character in the show.
Fun fact: Decades after the Batman the TV series' (1966-1968) end, Cesar Romero (Joker) claimed he had done the Joker's laugh so many times that it permanently altered his natural laugh.

I never knew I needed to hear Kenan Thompson as Commissioner Gordon before now. He is hilarious. His monologue about how Batman and Robin managed to sneak up on him on top of a skyscraper had me laughing out loud.
it's definitely a new take.. but also Kenan makes a great straightman and it's rare he gets to do that

I love the "in universe" commercials in between the mini stories. It helps immerse you into the world that is Gotham, as if I'm listening to an actual radio station in that gargoyle of a city. Keep them coming! I'm enjoying this.

So in this storyline it was the Penguin(Oswald chesterfield Copplepot) Harvey Dent was trying to take down in court rather then Carmine Falcon, Sal Maroni or Rupert Thorne. Which led one of Penguin's goons using one his trick umbrellas's acid spray to disfigure Harvey. As well as Penguin being the kingpin of Gotham's criminal underworld.
Dont forget, The Joker in the Nolan's movies.

The first time I listened to it I honestly felt a bit sick to my stomach. This series has such great moments that get visceral reactions out of me.

No spoilers for the rest of the series for us international fans, but I'm really hoping we get a 'vintage' historical black Batman (based on the likeness of Jeffery Wright, of course) to promote next season.
I really loved this episodes of audio clip so far and I really like Jeffrey Wright voice as Batman which sounds great and who's now playing Jim Gordon in The Batman movie.
Will there be any more of these? Really enjoying this series 👍🏻

this it reminds me of the old radio series like CBS radio mystery theater they use to have years ago. I'm just wondering what it would be like to have a golden age Justice Society/ Green Lantern wonder woman series. it would showcase other heroes.just imagine the origin of golden age wonder woman green lantern and others radio style, or in this day audio style?
