Hands down one of the greatest guitarist's and performers in music today. He and Brad Paisley both have won the respect of many legendary classic rock guitarists because yes, they are both THAT incredibly talented! As a bonus they both write many of their own lyrics. Most musician's today can't even come close in that kind of musical talent, yet sadly many are much more popular.

My God, this guy is just brilliant. I love Keith. I have never seen him do this song but knew about it. There's not anything this guy cant do and do it better than anyone else. God Bless him!

@@lucaaz14 yeah they can. But most of the greats know it gets boring to put that many solos in one song. I'll give you a hint. Meatloaf is famous for 1 song Don Mclean is famous for one song. you can concoct 1001 songs but you will be famous for the one you can anly listen to the first 2-3 mins and then hit next.

I really agree with you on this! When RS came out with their cover story of the best new guitarists, I was upset that Keith wasn't included in that list. My favorite thing about seeing him perform live is how much passion he puts into his playing, I could sit and watch him play all day.
Wow, Keith should really make more Guitar Oriented songs. I was never a big fan of his singing, but after watching this insane Guitar Part, I gained a ton of respect for the man...now I need to find a place to download this.
i saw keith do that in i 1992 at some girls school in toowoomba. awesome then and now.
1985 in Brisbane in a band called 3 magic words. He played the solo with the guitar behind his head.

it was pretty awesome .. and let's not forget live!!.. god knows I've messed up plenty of licks live.. I learned the guitar hero version of this song and its no joke even on the melody.. that's pretty damn clean... bad ass Keith .. much respect

Just awesome! I love the borrowing of riffs from other songs. I wonder if he was the one that suggested that in the use of his duet with Brad Paisley in Start a Band from Brad's Play album. Combining comedy like that in music is always a good idea to me.
