    1 MEDIUM ONION (SLICE INTO HALF MOON)
    2 TBSP OLIVE OIL
    1/2 TBSP SOY SAUCE
    3 CLOVES
    1/2 TSP CORIANDER SEED POWDER
    1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
    1/4 TSP GINGER POWDER
    1 TSP SMOKED PARIKA
    1/2 TSP GARLIC POWDER
    1/2 TSP CHICKEN STOCK POWDER
    1 1/2 TSP FLOUR THICKENER
    182G OF WATER
    BASIL
    -START BY SLICING THE ONION INTO HALF MOONS AND KEEP IT ASIDE AND THEN CUT THE SAUSAGE.
    -IN A NON STICK PAN PUT 2 TBSP OF OIL HEAT UNTIL HOT ON MEDIUM, ADD THE SAUSAGE BROWN IT FOR 13 MINUTES, REMOVE IT FROM THE PAN, ADD THE ONION TO THE PAN FRY FOR 7 MINUTES STIR EVERY NOW AND THEN, ADD THE SOY SAUCE STIR AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE.
    -ADD THE CLOVES, CORIANDER SEED POWDER, BLACK PEPPER, GINGER POWDER, SMOKED PAPRIKA, GARLIC POWDER, MIX WELL AND THEN COOK FOR 5 MINUTES, ADD THE FLOUR THICKENER STIR AND ADD THE SAUSAGE MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 1 MINUTE AFTER THAT ADD WATER AND COOK FOR 7 MINUTES, ONCE IT’S READY REMOVE FROM THE STOVE, GARNISH WITH BASIL, SERVE WITH ANY OF THE FOLLOWING, COLESLAW, POTATO SALAD, MASHED POTATOES, MIXED ROASTED VEGGIES.
